Cannoned Ships

Renora (Vol5 ep ___):

Much like Pyrrha, Nora had feelings for Ren for some time, but way longer. There was clear evidence she was crushing real hard on Ren. When they got changed into their 2nd looks, she could not stop staring at Ren with his hair down. But at last, she got her wish. During the confrontation with the Nuckelavee, Nora is knocked away into a tree and Penny goes to retrieve her. Ren is about to get slaughtered just as Nora awakens, and the beast didn't realise he has made one of the biggest mistakes of his life. Nora snaps and viciously attacks the grimm being the powerhouse she is, because that's not happening on her watch. She tells it not to touch her man. Ren is one of the 2 things she lives for in life and she loves them with all her heart. If one dies, she can't live. And if at least one is threatened, she stops at nothing and legs are always broken. She then shouts "REN! I LOVE YOU!", which surprises him and the rest of their allies. Now that was a confession, according to Ruby. With the monster broken, on purpose this time, Ren uses all the strength he had left to defeat it and Nora plays some gruesome golf, ultimately killing it. Who would've thought a hammer welding red head in pink would be its doom.

In the aftermath, Nora questions why Ren never noticed her feelings. Pyrrha knew how she felt. Ren responds the reason was because Nora never asked him properly. With that, she earns a boop on the nose from him and she couldn't help but to jump into his arms and give him a big smooch. She's been wanting it give him a kiss for so long. Yang was so excited, she shouts "FINALLY" and she, SSSN and Coco celebrate. At least something good came out that battle. At least something good came out of that battle. And it was about to get a lot better when the Nuckelavee evaporates and signals their airships. Mistral here they come! As Ren carries his newfound girlfriend to the ship, Nora gives a wink and peace sing to the audience, breaking the 4th wall and signalling there's more love to come. Settling into some apartments to rest a little later, a tired Nora leans on Ren.

Arkos (Vol3 ep 12):

From the moment they met, Pyrrha secretly and slowly gained feelings for Jaune. She tries to give him all the hints he needs, but he never notices. At the Vytal tournament, the 2 of them have a private chat, sharing a tender moment.

During the battle between Cinder to save Beacon and Ozpin, Pyrrha merely sacrifices herself to save Jaune. Jaune was surprised and relived Pyrrha had saved him and this is where his realisation starts. Cinder seizes Pyrrha and starts kicking and bashing her as a sign of torture. It seemed if it goes on for long it would supposedly kill her when she uses her newfound abilities. Jaune tries to stop her, but her flames prevent him from getting any closer, merely knocking him out. Pyrrha asks if Cinder believes in destiny, but she doesn't respond. Roman and Neo watch from afar, and they never knew how sadistic Cinder really was. He may be a criminal mastermind, but he wouldn't get so physical like that, though Neo thought she might if they dare mess with her dum dum. But it didn't last long. Pyrrha's cries for help cause Jaune to snap and gain enough strength and determination to resist the flames and interfere by throwing his shield at Cinder's face. Then Pyrrha uses the last of her aura to drop kick Cinder as Ruby and Penny regain consciousness and Weiss gets herself up. Pyrrha collapses in Jaune's arms, looking as if she was dying. In her supposed dying breaths, Pyrrha utters the words "I love you" to Jaune. He realises all this time, the love of his life was right in front of him and he didn't even know it. He begs her to wake up and not leave, shedding some tears. This made Ruby cry too seeing her friends like this. But, to everyone's surprise as Jaune shouts a promise he will never let her go, this was enough to finally unlock his Semblance, Aura Amp, that heals Pyrrha's bruises and restores her Aura. So his Semblance is healing the injured. The other members of RWBY and JNPR, SSSN and CFVY arrive just in time to watch such a sight, with a few of them not knowing he hasn't unlocked it yet while Nora and Ren agree to keep his Beacon cheat a secret. Pyrrha, now perfectly fine, breaks down hugging Jaune, confessing she actually thought she was going to die. Jaune gently says that wasn't the case. He embraces her, reminding Pyrrha there was hope because she, her team and her friends all need each other. She not going to die, not this way.
