Chapter 1

It was a beautiful, sunny day. The sun was shining, the birds were singing, and- "KUNIKADAAAAA! I DONT WANNA GOOOOOO!"

"Dazai, be mature for once! You're the only one available for this mission for the next week because unlike you, everyone works!" Kunikida answered in a serious tone.. I honestly don't mind, I love seeing him annoyed, it's funny. I stood up from the couch I was laying on and headed outside. "Hey, kunikida? Send me the location and the time, I'll do it." 

I left the building, trying to get to my own place. The streets were really busy lately because of the market season. I hate those crowds.. so loud and we can barely pass through. I was walking peacefully when suddenly, someone bumped into me and I fell on the floor. "WATCH WHERE YOU GOING ASSHO- wait.. DAZAI!?" I looked up to see a familiar short ginger with those gorgeous ocean eyes. "Ahhh, Chuuya! Long time no see!"

"It hasn't even been two weeks, you waste of bandages."

"That's still a lot to me you know!~"

He just rolled his eyes and walked away without helping me. "Rude!" I stood up and continued my walk to my place.

A few hours later, I was chilling on my bed listening to my suicidal songs when I received a notification. I take my phone to check:

From: Kunikida

*Open the picture.* That's the location for the mission. You should be there at midnight sharp. Kunikida.

"Hmm.. around midnight, huh.. aren't I suppose to sleep or try to kill myself during that time?" I left him on read to annoy him of course and continued to listen to my music..

11:38 pm, time to head out. I put on the same shoes and coat that I always wear and left my place. I opened the picture that kunikada sent me earlier.. it was miles away.. "how should I reach there without being late.. I can't drive properly yet! Maybe an Uber but I doubt they work at this time-" I got interrupted in my thoughts when I heard a large car noise in front of me. After a few seconds, the window opened. "Need a ride dazai?"

Kunikida was sooo nice! I quickly hoped into his car, all happy like that I wouldn't need to walk and all- " I'm only doing this so you won't walk miles there. Not because I want to." I just smiled and nodded in my respond. After some time, we finally arrived there. "Well, we're here kunikada! Thanks again!" I went out of his car and he just drove away without saying anything.. "everyone is so rude lately! What's up with them-" Lately, I've been trying to get all my missions done seriously, so jokes aside. I walked a little before seeing a huge creepy-looking house with shuttered windows and cracking wood. I decided to go inside, and investigate a bit. No sound, no light, everything was deserted. "Why on earth would my mission be he-" I suddenly felt a pain in my neck.. making me feel dizzy, and passed out.

When I woke up again, I was tied up to a wall with big metallic chains. I feel.. no, I know someone or something, we never know, is staring at me. I still feel like crap, but oh well, can't give up now. "I know I'm handsome and all, but quit staring and just come on out. I know someone is here." After a few seconds of awkward silence, they came out of the shadows in front of me. An oddly familiar man and woman.. but can't remember where I could have met them.

"Who are you and what were you doing in that building." Asked the woman, quite seriously. I sighed.. "I'm not required to give any information that concerns me." 

They all looked so pissed at my response.. I wanted to laugh so badly but kept my cool. The man slowly walked up to me, taking out a knife and putting it on my neck. "Was that guy really about to threaten me?" He looked straight into my eyes.. he really was about to threaten me! "Listen to me now." He started, "we're asking simple questions bitch. So if you ever want to stay alive, just answer or else-"

He got interrupted by something that seemed like a knife.. wait no, it was a knife, flying towards us, and landing on the chains that set me free. From afar, I can see a very familiar silhouette.. and I immediately recognized who it was once I noticed that detail on their head. 

"I already saved him once, now twice. And only I am allowed to insult him, bitch!" Was it really.. Nakahara Chuuya!? "Saving" me!?
