Summary: Kaveh gets locked out and waits for Al'haitham to come home. Kinda fluffy? Kinda just exists.

Kaveh huffed as he dusted off his knees, having just been searching the bushes on his hands and knees for his keys which he hadn't realized he had lost until a few moments ago. Soft hands pressed against the cold glass as the blond tried to open each window he could reach, only to find them all locked.
A heavy sigh slipped from the architect's lips as he turned his back on his home, now determined to find his roommate Al'haitham in hopes of being let in to their house.
However, luck wasn't on Kaveh's side today, as no matter where he searched, Al'haitham was nowhere to be found, and the only clue he managed to obtained that wasn't a dead end was simply that Al'haitham was out on a business errand.
Accepting his new found defeat, the architect returned home, and sat against the wall near the door to wait.
And so he waited. And waited. For several hours, occasionally chatting with the people passing by or using his dendro vision to fill his time.He wasn't sure when, but he had eventually passed out after dark, and there were still no signs of Al'haitham, however at some point while asleep, he was almost certain he felt strong arms pick him up.
It wasn't until he woke up the next day on the couch with a blanket draped over him and breakfast on the table did it occur to Kaveh that Al'haitham returned home while he was asleep by the door, and that the scholar had carried him inside.
"Geez, that guy. Always acting so disrespectful, yet he even carried me inside instead of dragging me." A half asleep chuckle rumbled from Kaveh's throat as he made his way to the table.

Haaaah, it's finished. It's pretty short, but I think it's not too bad. It could have been more detailed, but it works nicely for a memory to be short and feel a bit blurry, doesn't it? Regardless, I hope you enjoyed, and I'm sorry if there are any mistakes.
