Chapter 10

Cathy's P.O.V

Ughh i hate seeing my child sad i know what shes going through and how she feels because i got bullied before i don't know exactly why they are saying those things to her but im gonna get to the bottom of it if its the last thing i do because nobody and i mean NOBODY messes with my baby and get away with it.. and i think i have a plan just how to get to the bottom of all of this.

*Next morning *

I get up look at the time and it reads 7:20 right on time i get up and brush my teeth then strip out of my clothes and take a hot shower to relax myself. After my shower i take a towel and wrap it around myself, go in my closet and pick out my outfit for the day. After getting dressed and doing my hair i go downstairs and do the usual make Samantha pancakes and me some coffee. I look at the time on my wrist watch and see its 8 she should be down in about 5...4...3...2..1!.

"Good morning mom" samantha says giving me a kiss on the cheek.

"Good morning Samantha.. uh can i ask you a question? " i said putting my coffee down.

"Uh yeah sure make it snappy im kinda late" she said fixing her backpack.

"Whats the girl full name that started the rumor sweetie?" I said looking at her and she stiffened.

"M-Miley cyrus...why mom?" She said confused.

"Ohh nothing i just thought maybe i knew someone from her family but forget it i don't " i said chuckling she nodded slowly and said a low have a good day mom. I know why would you wanna know her full name?

Well because a mom never lets this stuff just happen we take action. So since i don't have to work today im gonna march right up to the school and talk to miss rumor wild fire myself if nobody is gonna put her in her place then i definitely will. I get up and walk to the counter and walked outside to my car and speed off to the school. I walked into the office and a lady walked over and smiled and said "hi how may i help you?"

"Can i talk to a miley cyrus for a minute please " i said smiling.

"Shes in class right now" she said looking at the time.

"It will just be a minute" i said looking at my watch she called her on the intercom and after 5 minutes i heard clicking of heels and i saw a girl with blond hair and a short dress with heels on..this must be miley she chewed gum rudely and said "um hello why was i called here" she said rolling her eyes i got up and dragged her around a school corner and out the school doors behind the stairs

"Hey lady what are you doing do i know you huh!?" She said trying to push me but i grabbed her arm and pushed her into the wall.

"No but you know my daughter, look here my daughter didn't do a damn thing to you, your spreading stupid rumors like a wildfire and they are not true i want to know why.why are you saying this about her and i wanna know right now..or we can take this to the police for bullying assult!" I said holding her arm and she had a shocked face that turned into a smirk.

"Ask your daughter shes the one that fucked my boyfriend now if you would excuse me i have to get to class old lady " she said yanking her arm away and pushing pass me. I just stood there...what does she mean by that.i walked back into the building and said to the old lady "sorry to bother you again but could you tell Samantha marie she has early dismissal " she called her down to the office and she walked in and looked at me confused i got up and walked out and she followed we got in the car and i sped off.

Samantha's P.O.V

I stared at my mom in confusion she looked confused and angry.

"Mom are you oka-" she cut me off.

"EXPLAIN WHY THAT LITTLE GIRL SAID YOU HAD SEX WITH HER BOYFRIEND!" she said looking over at me i looked at her scared.

"Mom where did you hear that from?" I said looking out the window.

"...miley" she said looking at the road.

"You talked to her mom.." i said letting tears slip out.

"Im sorry i had to i hate seeing you like this you know that-" i was so angry at this point.

"No mom no i Specifically told you NOT to get involved and say anything but you did it anyway YOUR NOT MAKING IT BETTER MOM ITS GONNA GET WORSE JUST STOP!" i said sobbing and yelling.

"...im sorry sweetie im just sorry but what did she mean " she said shaking her head.

"Mom i did not have sex with him ok he raped me because miley made him or she was gonna kill me..." she looked at me with angry i eyes nodded and made a sharp U-turn and speed off back to the school i looked at her like she was crazy.

"Mom slow down were gonna cash!" I said yelling

"Not if were already here"she said parking the car

"O-oh ok" we got out of the car and she speed walked bussed into school and i tried to keep up with her.

"Mom you look very angry what are we doing back here what are you Going to do this is so not good" i said talking really fast.

"I just wanna talk to her" she said smiling.

"No mom i know how you get when your pissed at people " she nodded and kept walking looking in classrooms.we walked past a classroom and she stopped and walked back and saw miley in the class sitting on a desk flirting with a boy i blocked the door.

"Samantha move away from the door"i shook my head no.

"Mmhn no mom violence is not a problem solver" i said still blocking the door.

"Okay....i know ugh come on" she said walking away i walked witg hera and she turned around and ran back opened the door and walked inside.

"Uhh excuse me i need miley for a minute " i looked and miley looked at my mom weird and i spotted Justin turn around and look confused and mouthed "whats going on" i rolled my eyes and walked intp the hallway miley came into the hall and all of a sudden i heard a loud smack i looked up and saw miley on the floor and my mom looking at her.

"Your a sick twisted little girl with no life don't say anything about this" she said turning on her heel and walking away i looked at the door and saw Justin standing there with a shocked face. Oh god this is bad
