A/N I am back again and here is another part of Escape Room! Again, I do not in any way, shape, or form, own these characters. The job of doing so belongs to Shannon Messenger. Alrighty, continue on with your reading:

Where we left off (even if it's not super important):

Sophie nodded her head in gratitude before joining everyone in their seats in the lobby. Sophie quickly told them about their likely wait. It only took a couple more minutes before the kind receptionist handed them their room keys and told them to have a good stay. Again, Sophie could only nod in appreciation.

Sophie could immediately tell everyone was tired as they rode their way up the elevator. They all had droopy eyelids and stood in silence. Well, it would be silent if there wasn't an annoyingly catchy song playing over the speakers. Without realizing Sophie had started to bob her head and hum along.

Sophie's P.O.V.

The ding of the elevator sounded loudly as they arrived on their floor. Their steps were slow, and they moved together in one, sleepy clump. The door of their rooms opened with a soft click and the group separated. Biana, Lihn, Marella, and Sophie made their way to the first room. Meanwhile Tam, Fitz, Dex, and Keefe wandered into the other.

Both rooms were identical; aside from the soft moonlight spilling from the huge window, a few lamps were scattered around the room. There were two queen-sized beds, side by side with two or three feet in between. The bathrooms were a little cramped, but nice and orderly. And they also had the small bottles of shampoo that Sophie was sure Keefe would take back to the lost cities. Next to the TV, Sophie had noticed a door. She was pretty sure it connected both rooms.

"I call this bed!" Sophie heard Biana yell as she flung herself onto the bed closest to the window.

"Biana! Quiet down, you'll wake some of the other guests up!" Sophie tried to scold. It was quite hard to do while whispering though.

"Oops, sorry. I call this bed," Biana corrected her voice and now spoke in hushed tones. Sophie slowly ambled over to the bed and sat down next to Biana. She didn't have anything to unpack or put on the night-stand next to her head since they had only planned for a day-trip so Sophie just emptied out the contents of her pockets.

"Why do you have your goblin throwing stars in the same pocket as a wrapped piece of Mallowmelt?" Sophie shot a playful glare to try and silence Biana's giggles. To no avail of course. It didn't help that she looked like a blushing idiot while doing so.

"I'm going to go down to the shop to find some necessities; toothbrushes, toothpaste, some snacks, you know the important stuff. Wanna come?" She stood up while asking the girl.

"Nah, I'll stay around here. Also someone has to make sure these two," she jabbed her thumb in Marella and Lihn's direction, "don't get into any trouble," Both of the mentioned girls blushed deeply at the words. Sophie had no doubt that the two were secretly dating; all of the giggles, blushes, and stolen looks were enough evidence. Either that or they had major crushes on one another. Sophie laughed as she exited the room, she was sure that she had heard both girls say "Biana!" in agitation.

Sophie walked out into the hall and knocked on the door next to hers. No one told her to wait, so she pressed the key-card up to the lock and walked in.

It was total chaos in that room.

Dex, Fitz, and Tam were holding up pillows and they were being showered by little feathers. Off to the side, she could spot Keefe looking in a mirror trying to fix his hair, making sure not to miss any feathers sticking out of it.
