The school dance just began. It been 20 minutes. A lot kids join the challenges. Even Hunter and Luz decide to join. There are 10 challenges. At the last challenge the last two standing have to battle it out. Of course not in a real fight. They have to do some more parkour.
While that was happening Gus was watching Luz winning. Luz and Hunter kept teaming up to get players out. While Gus was watching Mattholomule sat next to him on the bench.
Mattholomule was still thinking about that kiss.
"Um Gus, why did you kiss me?"
"Well isn't it obvious?" He said looking at the sky "I liked you for a long time. And I thought maybe tonight might be lucky if I kiss you for some reason."
Mattholomule became all red.
"You stole my first kiss idiot!" Mattholomule yelled. Of course it was Mattholomule first kiss, they are still young. Just Mattholomule is those kind people who safes their first kiss.
"Well sorry!" Gus said in a joking grumpy voice.
"Anyways I came here ask you..."
Gus looked confused. He looked at Mattholomule.
"Ask me what?"
"Since you kissed me doesn't that mean we are dating?" Mattholomule said while hiding his face
"I mean according to Luz we need to ask, so not really?"
Gus face was red. Same with Mattholomule.
"Well that stupid!" Mattholomule said
"What is?"
Mattholomule took a deep breath.
"Gus I am saying that I want be your boyfriend! I loved you since the park! It weird yes I get it if you think that and redouble why you like me!"
Gus face turned more red and speechless. Mattholomule already guess his answer.
"One, of course I will be your boyfriend because why else will I kiss you! Second, no it weird how you liked me since the first time we saw each other it just called love at the first sight!"
Mattholomule felt embarrassed. He didn't had nothing to say anymore. Mattholomule decide to stay with Gus and watch Luz winning. Mattholomule lay his head on Gus shoulder. Meanwhile Gus was still red.
"Congratulations Luz Noceda for winning!"
Everyone cheered. Luz noticed on that challenges that Mattholomule lay his head on Gus shoulder. So she guess before Gus could even said it.
"ARE YOU TWO DATING!" Luz screaming while shaking Gus
"LUZ!" Amity yelled
"Oh yes sorry Gus! But are you guys!"
Gus said nothing and Mattholomule went to get some drinks
"Yes Luz we are" Gus finally answered
Everyone cheered for Gus. Gus felt more embarrassed than kissing Mattholomule.
"OKAY LUZ STOP SQUEEZING ME" Gus yelled
"EKKKKKK"
Gus try ask Mattholomule for help but he just sat there watching Gus slowly dying inside.
