Diane P.O.V.
"Hey Elizabeth. Why do King always hangs out with that knight even though he has more time with us?" I pouted as I look at them in one of the tables talking......
And wait! What did she just whispered to him?!! Waaahhh!! This is really getting on my nerves this days!! "Elizabeth, stop me." I said. "Why?" She then asked. "I'm gonna burst into so much anger." And then again Hawk said, "Jealous."
"W-W-What m-me?! J-J-J-Jealous?! Why would I be?!" Y-Yeah! I-I'm not jealous at all! Not even a single bit! Yeah! And then Gowther busted something embarrassing out of nowhere, "Is Diane jealous of Maki being with King all the time?" He asked. And because I'm so embarrassed, I went outside running and shouting. "D-Diane!" Elizabeth shouted. And all I last saw was the state of the customers when I shouted and left. W-W-What should I do?! What if...... What if King heard it?! W-What will I say when I got back?! This is really troublesome!!!!!! Because I'm so embarrassed, I went to the Kingdom's market and let myself cool of a bit. "Ahh.... I feel exhausted. Gowther, so mean." I whispered walking through the roads of the kingdom........
It was almost dark when I got back and let myself cool off. And then I saw everyone outside the bar. "What's the occasion?" I asked Elizabeth walking towards her. "Oh it's nothing. We just wanted to do campfire here outside especially in this beautiful night!" She said. "Ooh."
King P.O.V.
It was a weird night for us. But on the other hand it was fun. I saw Maki smiled and she turned to me.
Harlequin! ~smile~
Then..... I want you to promise me that you'll love me forever!
"What the?!...... Diane?" I whispered. I looked at Maki, she was happy talking to the others, and then......
"Huh?!" Hawk reacted. "What is it Hawk-chan?" Elizabeth asked. Hawk turned to Maki and said, "Maki, why can I see Elizabeth and my mom whenever you smile?" He asked. "Why you say?" She said.
Diane P.O.V.
As Hawk reacted, I also saw something in my head.
Diane! ~smile~
"Harlequin?......" I whispered to myself. What was that?
I promise! I promise that I'll love you forever! I'll stay by your side!
After seeing that, I also reacted..... "Me too." Everyone looked. "Why did I also saw someone important to me?" I said.
Elizabeth P.O.V.
Elizabeth!....... Even if you were to die, I would fulfill the promise I made with you!
"Lord Meliodas......" I whispered. "Is there something wrong Elizabeth?" Lord Meliodas asked. "N-No, I'm fine." And then I looked at the ground and said, "Me too....." And everyone also looked at me. And then Lord Meliodas followed and said that he can see me and Liz in his mind. And then Lord King too. After everyone shared their own experiences, we looked at Gowther who seemed to be the one who didn't reacted. Lord Gowther just gave us a head tilt. "Oh!" Lady Maki exclaimed. "I guess I know what your talking about. It happens everytime!" She said. "My parents once told me that my 'smile can bring back the past.' Or so they say." She continued. And then Lord Meliodas asked, "What do you mean by that?"
"Whenever I smile and people look at me, they can see someone from the past or someone very precious to them." She said and smiled. Precious. Didn't Lord Meliodas said that he can see me and Liz? But wait, I also shouldn't jump into conclusions..... And because of what Lady Maki said, everyone was embarrassed, not knowing she would say that.
King P.O.V.
Wh-What should I do? Right now I feel really embarrassed! Look at Captain! Feeling all calmed down!
"A-Anyway, why didn't it affect Gowther?" I asked to change the subject. "Maybe it's because he's power is to control the mind that's why it didn't affected him. Only he can control his own mind. I think." She replied. "But don't worry it ain't that dangerous!" And then everyone looked at one another.......
