Spirit flew back into the hotel, ripping open closets and tearing rooms apart as they went through them. They were searching for someone—two someones, to be exact. And finally, Spirit found their target. Spirit flung open a closet. Hide cowered inside, staring at Spirit in shock.
Hide shook his head, then growled, "Get out."
"NO! I'M TIRED OF BEING TREATED LIKE A PIECE OF GARBAGE! THE WORLD WILL BURN, AND YOU'LL BURN WITH IT!" Spirit exploded. Hide flinched, taken aback by the sudden outburst. Spirit had never actually attacked anyone before—until now. Spirit yanked Hide out of his closet.
"LET ME GO!" Hide cried out, struggling. However, Spirit did not let go. Spirit slowly began to strangle Hide, letting out all their anger on the poor monster. Hide made a choked sound, much to Spirit's satisfaction. Hide started gasping for air, which only made Spirit tighten their grip. "Let...go...!" Hide choked out one final time before he stopped struggling. Spirit waited until Hide had stopped breathing before dropping him to the ground. Then, just to make sure, Spirit grabbed a knife nearby and stabbed it into Hide. Spirit cheerfully left the scene, beginning to laugh maniacally.
Spirit encountered a dark room on their way to the next monster.
"Hi, Spirit!" Screech chirped. Spirit considered killing Screech for a moment, then decided against it. Screech would be the only one to survive, Spirit told themselves.
"Hello, Screech." Spirit replied, trying their best to stay calm.
"Where're you going?" Screech questioned nosily.
"It's none of your business." Spirit pointed out coldly.
"Pleeeeeeasssseee! I wanna knowwwww!" Screech begged.
"I said no." Spirit repeated.
"Fine!" Screech said grumpily, jumping on Spirit's back to hitch a ride to wherever Spirit was going. Spirit sighed and rolled their eyes, simply accepting the fact that Screech would be tagging along. Spirit walked out of the room, breaking into a sprint.
The lights flickered suddenly. Rush started to zoom towards Spirit—who stayed calm—and Screech—who was a bit nervous. As Rush approached, Spirit whipped out a crucifix. They put a bunch of their energy into it. Rush stopped instantly, frozen in place.
"SCREECH! HELP ME!" Rush screamed, his voice rough with pain as the cross dragged him down, down, down...into the pit of nothingness.
"What. Was. THAT?" Screech shrieked in Spirit's ear.
"I warned you." Spirit muttered, anger bubbling up inside them once again.
"Why do you have to hurt Rush?" Screech demanded. "He was my friend!"
"I don't care!" Spirit yelled angrily.
"Well, you should! If you care about me, you care about Rush, too!" Screech shot back.
"Then I guess I don't care about you!" Spirit declared.
"You—you don't mean that!"
"I do mean it. Now leave, Screech."
"But—"
"LEAVE. NOW!" Spirit raised their voice. Tears appeared in Screech's eyes, and he fled the room, most likely heading back into a dark room. Spirit shook with anger and hatred for the monsters living in the hotel. This hotel belonged to Spirit now. And if the other monsters wouldn't accept it, Spirit would force them to. Spirit smirked. They liked the idea of a whole hotel belonging to them, and only them. They decided that they would chase all the monsters out, and kill those who refused to leave. Yes, this was a perfect plan.
Spirit soon arrived at Figure's library, where they started burning the books. The books cried out in agony, but Spirit did not care. They didn't care about anything anymore. They just wanted to watch the world burn and crumble before their eyes.
"SPIRIT! LEAVE!" Figure roared, stomping over.
"No, Figure. You should leave." Spirit told Figure.
"If you won't leave, I'LL MAKE YOU LEAVE!" Figure roared, swinging his long, powerful arms around. Getting hit with one of Figure's arms would be like getting hit with a brick, almost.
"YOU WILL NOT KILL ME! I WON'T ALLOW IT!" Spirit shrieked, fighting back with all their rage. Figure soon tripped, and Spirit took this opportunity to shove a couple book shelves nearby onto Figure. Figure's low scream was cut off as the bookshelves crushed his body. Spirit grinned and laughed maniacally once more as they saw Figure's arm reach out in one last desperate attempt to escape death. "WHO'S BEGGING FOR THEIR LIFE NOW, USELESS MONSTER?" Spirit demanded wildly. From anyone else's view, Spirit looked insane. And maybe they were. But they didn't care.

Again, sorry for the short chapter. I'll try to make it longer next time. I just ran out of ideas.
