The night is clear, but the truth is far from it. Clouds are nowhere to accompany the full moon in all its glory. No different to the streets, the dating couple, are walking on.
"I can't believe it!" says the woman.
"Yip, that's me," replies the man, with a lack of the same energy. "Believe it or not," he scratches the back of his head. "I work with animals, and I love what I do."
"That's sooo sweet."
He keeps his smile strong, "I wouldn't exactly say that . . ."
"Oh, come on," she relaxes her head upon his shoulder. "I've always wanted a man who cares about animals."
The man returns the gesture with his head. It's the only positive thing his brain can think to do.
After tonight, he would have to use that same combination to come up with a unique explanation for his occupation as a butcher.
