"This is a place of... Unspeakable danger...!" Pronto says, as the group ended up in Deadweed, where Eli guides the group to a skull-marked door, mentioning this is the place where Frightfeist Slugs live.
"The only thing you'll find in there is..." Kord suddenly mimics a spirit, or a ghost, as Eli believed that to be sick owls, as Pronto sights,
"The love of-! Eli! We're talking about ghosts!" Pronto comments, as Eli with his carefree attitude, says,
"Well, I'm not afraid of ghosts! Cause they don't exist." Eli growls, opening the wooden door,
"We'll be in and out before you know it!" Eli says, as Ashter tags along with the boy, with Flare on his shoulder, he and Burpy light up the cave a little with their fire abilities, their heads lit aflame.
"Hey! Watch this..." Eli says, snickering, before mimicking a terrifying scream of horror, causing even Ashter to have a heart attack,
"ELI!" Pronto, Trixie, and Kord rush in, just to find himself behind a few rocks,
"Hey, watch this again..." Eli says, as he scares the three with Burpy and him laughing at this, as Pronto took this personally, angered and annoyed by this scare.
But the group wasn't impressed when Eli tried to rub it in their faces.
But an even greater scare happens, when a gust of wind knocks the door closed and locked shut. A chilling noise causes concern for the Shane Gang and their slugs alike. Grin is the most scared.
"Haha, very funny, now who's the joker?" Eli passed this off as Skyra using her wind,
"Skyra is in my bag..." Ashter comments as Flare is the shoulder pal for now.
"That wasn't us either..." Trixie looked equally terrified, as Eli and the others imminently tried to break down the door, but can't.
"Hold up!" Ashter says as he tried to fire Grin...
But the door was too reinforced.
It was no use. Even a logical use of a Thresher Slug didn't cross their mind.
"Maybe this wasn't such a good idea after all..." Eli suddenly regrets his decisions.
"This is a mistake I tell you!" Pronto says as the group walks into the deep tunnels,
"We should have waited by the door!" Pronto says in fright, but Trixie knew it'll take the whole day for someone to possibly find us. (Even if the group can just use a... Thresher Slug...
"We'll see if we can find another way out..." Trixie comments, as Eli wanted some people by now. This then begs the question,
"What happened to them?" Eli wondered as Pronto explained a story that made Eli's adventure kick in. Trixie happened to bring her camera, wanting to get some footage of this, as Ashter just wanted a new slug, that's all.
But continuing onward... Fog settled in... Everyone had mixed feelings as Flare shivers a bit, still lit like Burpy is.
But Kord soon shows his own upgrade, a sonar scope, attached to his blaster and detecting whatever it does.
But bats soon fly to them, going the other direction as everyone is annoyed and starting to get more and more frightened by this... Cave. It used to be a gold mine like Pronto said earlier.
This prompts Pronto to try and leave, but Eli insists, showing him the bright side of things in this ABANDONED MINE.
"Come on! This is like Halloween!" Eli says as the group cock an eyebrow,
