Present time,

"What am I suppose to say over this?" Sae breathed out leaning against the table with his hands on his either sides, looking at the two people in front of him.

'Rin? Y/n? Got anything to say?' he raised from his place, and walking towards, halted at a gap of half meters.

He glanced at Rin and then at Y/n. Earning a scoff from his younger brother, Sae and Y/n, both looked over Rin in disbelief.

'I am just happy. This time, I didn't start anything.' and looked over Y/n, who was already, glaring at him.

'Sure, you should be happy..' Sae spoke turning back to his table, taking Rin's notice.

'....this time, unlike you. You didn't start anything, like, you see... locking up in the bathroom, or something like giving the wrong notice. Nothing like, stealing homeworks or framing in stealing question papers?'

Sae snarled at last statement, sending daggers at Rin.

'List is too long. But everytime, person is same.' Sae continued with the daggers, walking at Rin, who looked everywhere but Sae.

Stopping in front of him, Sae, puffed out the air, '..but today, I would like to ask someone else.'

He leaned in front of Y/n. Her eyes flickered, trying not to look in his eyes. And Sae said only one word.

'Why?'

Biting the inside of her cheek, Y/n mustered; ' Because I want him to get humiliated. I wanted him to know, how is feels to...to witness humiliation.'

Her colored iris, darted at Rin's blue orbs. Sae and Rin, both sighed at once.

'I am just so tired of your both this 'payback game'. ' he said sitting on his chair, ruffling through some papers.

Rin stared at her with furrowed brows, thinking, how much she can hold a grudge against him. He found it somewhat interesting.

I definitely didn't make any mistake. Thanks for making my life... interesting.

Feeling holes in her head, she turned to face him. A good eye contact match.

'...of clearing your names.' they were distracted when, Sae continued.
'....Just because you're my brother and you're my...... friend. I can't always keep on ignoring teachers' warnings.'

He came closer to his table, sliding two papers, under his left and right hand. Rin and Y/n came closer, picking up the paper. Sae brought his laced fingers to his lips.

Y/n's eyes grew bigger, 'Sae this is!!'

'Detention.' Sae finished her, with his same expressionless face, looking at her devastated one.

'But Sae-'

'You're lucky it's detention. Teachers were pressuring for, expelling.' Sae retorted, raising from his seat, walking towards the door.

'It was the most foolish thing ever you did, Y/n?' he said before, getting out of the room, leaving them inside.

The disappointment she saw in Sae's eyes, was so heartbreaking. But her sorrow was drifted away, when she heard a very familiar and irritating laugh.
