I sat in the office, waiting for the deputy head to speak with me. It had been half an hour since I got taken away and I finally decided to leave this depressing room. I got up and walked out the door, beginning my journey through the school. I walked past the classroom and saw many nurses crowding around the floor, and Mrs. Roberts speaking with another member of staff.
I tried my best to stay hidden, but, Nick saw me and ran out of the lesson towards me. Once he arrived, I questioned him, "What the hell happened!?" I snapped, already irritated, he stared with a confused look. "You shoved Kaitlyn down to the floor?" "I mean, why are they all there!" I yelled, quickly recovering my calmness. "She fainted." Nick spoke, I groaned and put my hands over my face in stress.
"Um- (Y/n). You might wanna ru-" He got cut off by Mrs. Robert's thumping footsteps. "I have told you, to go and wait in my office." Her cold voice spoke. I took my hands off my face to look at her. "Well no, because I'm going to get blamed for this, aren't I! But it was her, not me!" I yelled storming off. "(Y/n), nobody is blaming you, we just need to know what happened." The woman said, chasing after me. "You're more likely to get kicked out if you run away." She sternly said, I sighed knowing she was right, and beginning my route to her office again. This time she followed me.
I walked in with Mrs following behind me, she closed the door and sat at her desk, while I was at a small four seat, circle table watching the woman type on her computer. After a rough estimate of thirty seconds, she broke the silence. "Are you ready to explain, (Y/n)?" Of course not. But I don't have a fucking choice. I nodded hesitantly, and she spoke again. "Who witnessed the incident might I ask?"
I sighed before starting, "So, me and Kaitlyn, obviously, Nick Armstrong and-" I try to remember the boys name who I startled away when having a go at Kaitlyn. "I'm not sure his name, but a boy that sits next to Kait in history class." I stated, the woman nodded typing down everything I said on her computer.
After a minute, the woman stopped typing and turned to me. "Right, well I want every witness's point of view so before we start we have to wait until Kaitlyn wakes." She explained, I hummed in response as once again she started typing.
After a while, suddenly a ping. It was an email, Mrs told me it's the nurses and that Kaitlyn, Nick and the boy who's apparently called Ollie are on their way. Now, all I could do was wait.
Soon, a knock. The door opened after Mrs told them to come in, and it was the three. "Take a seat, all of you." She blankly spoke, Nick took the seat next to me, Kait the one across from me, that leave Ollie who still looked petrified on my other side. "Right, (Y/n). Your story first." Mrs spoke, I nodded beginning to recall the story.
"So, two girls came over to me and Nick, asked about a rumour going around about me, a rumour I had no idea even existed, so I asked for an explanation, and they told me Kaitlyn had said I tried to hit her the day before, that is NOT TRUE." I yelled, glaring at the girl across me on the table. She was about to speak, but Mrs. Roberts put a finger telling Kait to shush and humming for me to continue. "Then, I went over to Kait, she denied every little bit of truth I said, then I lost my temper and.." I trailed off, as they already knew what the and was going to.
Mrs nodded, writing it all down on her computer, and after a second she stopped and looked at Nick. "Okay, your side of the story." She said as calmly as she could, although it wasn't that calm.
"Right, so me and (Y/n) were just talking and messing around, the two girls came you know all that's stuff she said, then I warned her to not go over. But, when she did go over I kept a close eye, saw the fight, then saw (Y/n getting lightheaded, so ran over to her. That's when she got taken by teachers." He explained in a calm tone, much more calm then I expected. Once again, Mrs. Roberts noted it all down.
