"AHHHH," yelled a blue hedgehog as he sat up in bed, he had had the strangest dream ever. He sighed before looking at his alarm clock, "OH NO I'M LATE."
He started running around the room before running out of the room at an impossible amount of speed, but not to this hedgehog's family; the Sokudo family. The hedgehog that is currently running late for school is Sonic Sokudo.
Sonic started to run down the stairs but he was stopped by another blue hedgehog, who put their hand in front of him.
"Dad I don't have time, I'm late," Sonic said to his father; Jules Sokudo, who has the same speed as Sonic. "I understand that but you're about to go into your mother's shop and you know how she gets if it's messed up."
Sonic nodded before walking into the shop, he passed a purple hedgehog who thanked him for not running into her store, this was Bernadette Sokudo; Sonic's mother.
Once he was outside he took off, running as fast as he could. When he got there he entered the classroom. "Nice of you to join us Sonic," his homeroom teacher said, not even looking away from the board.
Sonic laughed nervously before taking his seat.
"Pss," said a silver hedgehog next to him, "How is it that you are the fastest person on the track team and the captain of almost all the sports teams yet you are late to homeroom every day?"
"I don't know Silver, I just don't know."

A brooch with a blue octagon-cut gem in the middle with each birthstone around it appeared. It disappeared as five different Cure Chaos appeared; a blue one wearing a blue bow with a clear pear-cut medallion on his head, a black one with ruby-red streaks wearing a black collar with a round brilliant-cut ruby around her neck, a white one with five frontal quills pointed up and two long ones pointed down with a white star with four halves of a turquoise circle around it on the top of his forehead, a pink one with three bangs and wearing a red dress and a white pearl necklace with a pink quartz in the middle, and a light lavender one with a red gem on its forehead wearing an orange scarf with flame designs and a purple tourmaline concave-cut gem broach around her neck.
-Sparkle, Glisten! Shimmer, Shine! Pretty Cure! Yeah-
A clear blue sky then appeared with the sun shining brightly before Cure Lazuli appeared. He twirled and flipped upside down in the air with a smile while passing the bright sun. Then one by one, Cure Garnet, Moonstone, Quartz, and Tourmaline followed Lazuli, circling each other in the air with smiles on their faces before Cure Lazuli flipped back and faced the readers before he threw something towards the readers as the title appeared; Jewel Pretty Cure! SoniCure!

Sonic is then seen coming out of his mother's flower shop, waving to Bernadette, who is watering some flowers, and Jules, who sticks his head out of the shop and waves before Sonic uses his speed to leave faster. He is then seen running normally until he passes by a playground. He then stopped and came back before kneeling down as he saw two white flowers growing together. He just watched it with a smile before smiling even more as the wind blew by gently causing it to sway.
