"Strength in the breeze! Let yourself be blown away!"

"Lapis Lazuli Wind Shot!"

Sonic then woke up on his bed, and quickly into a sitting position in a cold sweat.

"Oh! Chaos, it was just a dream." Sonic said in relief, wiping away the sweat.

"So, how did you sleep?" A familiar voice asked.

Sonic quickly turned around and then saw the same five Cure Chaos from his dream with only the blue one that looked like him, Spinel, and the Dark Chao, Carnelian, cuddling cutely on top of his nightstand, asleep. It had been the purple-eyed Neutral Chao, Amber, who had asked.

"What do you wanna do today?" The cyan-eyed Neutral Chao, Turquoise, asked.

"I'm hungry," the pink-eyed Hero Chao, Pearl, said.

Sonic only just continued to stare at them in shock, realizing that what happened yesterday was real and not a dream.

"Are you alright?" The two asked curiously, noticing his shocked look.

"AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!" Sonic screamed, startling Spinel and Carnelian awake.

Sonic soon came down the stairs with the Chaos following. His parents had been surprised about them but he told them he was trying to find homes for them and they let them stay. He learned yesterday that before one of them had bonded everyone could hear them but now that one of them was bonded only the Cures could hear them (something that the princess had done that her mother hadn't ever thought of).

His mother looked surprised that he was down earlier than normal but once she saw the Chaos she guessed why. "Maybe you should keep one so you can get up early."

Sonic lifted his head up, "Really? You'll let me keep one?"

"Mm, let's see how you can care for them before we make that decision, okay?" His mother said, bring food over for her son and the Chaos.

Sonic nodded before eating his food.

Sonic walked out of the house and made his way to Twinkle Park. Once he was there he held his bag out, "You guys can come out now."

The five Chaos came out of the bag. "What are we doing here?" Pearl asks.

"I can't take you to school, so I was thinking you can stay here since you said that the bad guys can't track you anymore," Sonic says.

All the Chaos looked confused, "Why can't we stay at your house?" Spinel asks. Sonic shakes his head, "Today is a big wedding order so my mom and dad are going to be gone for a long time."

"Oh," they all say. "Can I trust you to stay here and not go anywhere?" Sonic says.

All of them nod their heads. "Good! Here's a bag of food and you can hide in the bushes if trouble comes but don't use any magic, unless it can be expanded or not seen," Sonic says, handing a bag over to Spinel.

"Ok," they all said before going deeper into the park.

Sonic sighs before making his way to school.

Back in the Black Crystal Empire Lien-Da is still angry about yesterday and is trying to destroy the Cure room again but every time something is destroyed it's fixed in a flash of light.
