I was sitting with Damon in the parlor him helping me with research on werewolves when we hear someone knocking on the door. I look up at him worried. He squeezes my shoulder gently. "You keep reading." He instructs me before he goes to answer it. "I need to talk to you." Jeremy's voice fills the room causing me to turn to look towards the door. "And why do I need to talk to you?" Damon asks before he tries to close the door on him. Jeremy pushes it back open. "Tyler Lockwood has to kill someone to activate his curse. He's not a werewolf yet." Jeremy says Damon looks back at me. I nod my head gently before he turns back to Jeremy. "Wow, fascinating. Not enough." Damon attempts to close the door again, but Jeremy pushes back."But Mason Lockwood is and he's looking for a moonstone, a special rock connected to the werewolf legend. That's why he's here." Jeremy says causing Damon to stop. "A moonstone?" He asks confused and I nod my head again "And I know where it is." Jeremy says to him softly"And you're bringing me this why?" Damon counters"Do I need a reason? Look, I just want to help, okay?""What's your sister say about this little discovery?" Damon asks Jeremy doesn't answer. I stand up and walk over to them. "Oh, you haven't told her, have you?" Damon says as I slip my hand into his something we did since we were kids. "Well, Elena doesn't want me getting involved in all this." Jeremy explains before he tries to walk into the house. Damon pushes him out, "And you're a Gilbert and you just can't help yourself. Wow. Your search for life's purpose is as obvious as it is tragic." He says softly "You going to let me in or not?" Jeremy asks Damon looks down at me and I nod my head softly. Damon steps aside. Jeremy walks in and Damon closes the door.
I was sitting with Jermey when Alaric arrives with a box of Isobel's research. "Ric!" Damon says causing me and Jeremy to look up. Alaric sees Jeremy before nodding to me. "What are you doing here?" Alaric asks him softly. "Helping Damon. I'm the one who found out about the moonstone." Alaric looks at Damon. Damon shrugs before Alaric looks back at Jeremy. "Does Elena know you're here?" He asks him, causing Jeremy to shrug. "Not exactly," Jeremy says softly. I excuse myself and head downstairs to keep an eye on the sheriff.
I was in my room that night going over Alaric's research, my phone starts to go off. I look at the caller ID and see that it is Elena. "Elena?" I ask and I'm greeted with sobs. My heart clenches with worry, "Elena calm down where are you?" I ask my eyes looking around the place quickly. "I'm at the hospital... It's Jenna... Katherine compelled her." She sobs "Okay Elena I am on my way." I tell her I could hear her shaken breath over the phone. "O-Okay," she says before hanging up. I rush out of the house quickly and run to Mystic Falls Hospital I run into the waiting room and look around frantically. "Hesperia?" I hear Jeremy ask I turn and see him standing up. "Jeremy," I whisper before running over to him. He collapses into my eyes and cries, "Elena is still back there we haven't heard anything yet." He cries and I hold him close. "It'll be alright Jeremy. I'll make sure of it." I tell him gently. Elena walks out and walks over to us. I step back so the siblings could talk. "It's gonna be okay," Jeremy tells Elena. "No, it's not." She cries into his chest. "She's gonna pay, Elena. I don't know how but she's gonna pay." Jeremy swears and I nod. "He's right Elena. In fact, I think it's time that witch realizes whose game she's playing." I tell them my eyes shifting to glowing red. I watch as Katherine walks out of a B&B and heads to the forest. I stalk after her I reach out a glowing blue hand and suddenly Katherine is gasping for air. I use my magic and raise her into the air. "Well, well, well Katherine. It took me a very long time to find you." I say as I turn and stand in front of her. She gasps and looks at me with wide eyes. I chuckle, "I'm sorry Kat what was that?" I ask waving my hand and allowing her to breathe. She gasps and pants softly, "Hesperia I... I thought you were.." She starts and I smirk. "You thought I was dead?" I ask her, I roll my eyes. "Please Katerina, I have tried every conceivable way to kill myself long before you were ever a thought in your parents' skulls." I seeth at her. I use my magic to bring her closer to me. "Now we are going to see what plan your sad little mind has come up with," I tell her as I press my thumb to the center of her forehead. She screams out in pain as I explore her mind. I see her compelling Matt to make Tyler so angry he kills him. I see her turn Caroline into a vampire. I pull back from her mind and chuckle. "The dead would have given you mercy compared to what I have planned for you," I tell her before I wipe her mind of our interaction and I knock her out.
