Steve ran, kinda, into his work throwing his vest on and taking a seat behind the counter. He breathed heavily and rested his head in his arms on the counter "holy shit" Robin laughed
"What?"
"Who the hell railed you?" Steve looked at her pink on his cheeks as he tried to play it cool
"I-I didn't get railed Robin. If anything I was doing the railing" Steve said rolling his eyes.
"Yeah is that so?" Steve nodded and looked back forward "is that why you have hickeys all up your neck?" Steve put his hand to his neck in fear. He had completely forgot about them and was now at work and there wasn't anything he could do to hide them.
"Y-Yeah"
"And why you were late?"
"Mhm"
"And why you limp slash ran into the building?"
"I wasn't limping"
"Uh huh" Robin said laughing "I knew you said you were questioning like a week ago didn't know you were going to go full throttle on it HA!"
"Ok you know what, I tripped ok? I hurt my ankle on my way in since I was already late" the bell dinged and the two looked forward and Steve froze. Seeing Eddie walk in with a tape
"Hey Buckley I got the... hey Steve"
"H-hey" Robin looked at the Two tension building up from Steve's awkwardness and Eddie not knowing Steve worked here
"I uh, I got the tape I know it's due today"
"It is! Thank you" Robin said taking the tape from him. Eddie looked back at Steve and chuckled
"You're not hiding those well are you harrington" Eddie said with a smirk
"Kinda hard to hide them don't you think? And I forgot about them, ok? Happy?" Steve said in a matter of fact tone. Eddie looked at him confused for a second before pinching the bridge of his nose
"How the Fuck do you forget about hickeys all over your neck? Didn't you see them when you were doing your hair this morning?"
"Oh shut up, I didn't have time to do my hair today because of some... thing, are you done here?" Eddie laughed
"Don't push yourself too much alright princess?" Eddie said turning around and leaving
"Jackass" Steve whispered to himself "what did he even turn in?" Steve said turning around and seeing Robin completely baffled "what?"
"EDDIE MUNSON?!"
"SHUT THE FUCK UP!"
