I am currently packing my things kasi I decided na pumayag sa offer ni PRRD. Wala namang mali dahil Senadora naman niya ako, diba?
" So, you are really going " Irene said as she enters the room and saw me choosing clothes to bring.
" Yeah, can you help me what to bring? " I asked for her help.
Syempre among the siblings, sya yung nag mana kay Mommy Meldy no. Kami ni Bongbong and Aimee, ang lalayo haaha.
" Why dresses? Are you going on a date trip ba? Haleer, state visit yung gagawin niyo Senator Imee Marcos. " she asked back.
" Huh! Alam ko, ano bang pinagsasabi mo? " I said and soon realize na tama siya, bakit nga ba dresses yung mga pinili ko.
" Ate ha? I know that you had a crush on the President, pero careful ka may asawa yun. Magagalit si Mommy and si Daddy sayo, kahit nasa heaven na yun dadalawin ka talaga niya. " she reminded me.
" Ang OA mo kamo, pumili lang nang dress kung ano ng sinasabi mo. Can you just help me? " I said and went to my walk-in closet to get clothes to choose.
She just helped me choose what to bring and since two days lang naman yun di na ako nagdala ng madami. Irene is really good on this, buti andito siya ngayon. Bukas na kasi yung alis namin, nasa bahay ako sa Makati ngayon.
" Ate? " Irene calls me and I look at her
" Hmm? Mukha mo parang nalugi naman " I said. Masyadong malungkot yung awra eh. Parang kanina lang nanunukso pa tapos biglang ganito, menopause yarn? HAHA
" Just a hypothetical question " Irene, natawa naman ako ng slight.
" Sino ka? Tito Boy? " I laughed.
" No serious mode tayo. " and she looks at me with serious face. Ay seryoso pala.
" What if si Elliez yung anak mo and she's staying with you, would you tell Kuya Rod about her? " I was shocked by her sudden question. At si Elliez pa talaga.
" At si Elliez talaga yung naisip mo? " sagot ko sa kanya.
" Ah -- kasi ano -- wala lang. Tanong lang naman eh, ikaw nga napanaghinipan mong anak mo siy, daydream pa more HAHA " pinandilatan ko naman siya, nakwento ko kasi sa kanya yun ( Birthday Treat Part ) " kaya siya na lang yung example ko hehe " and showed her peace sign. Nako naman talaga.
But I thought of what she said and look at her.
" Yung totoo? " she nodded " No! ". I answered her.
" But why? What if she'll ask you who's his father? " She ask again.
" Still no and why are you asking that question eh patay na yung anak ko, patahimikin na natin Rene. " I said and arrange my other stuffs.
" What if lang naman if nabuhay siya? " Irene ask again, ang kulit.
" Still No Irene, why? Kasi madami kaming masasaktan. It was a night of mistake Irene, let's admit that. May pamilya si Rod and kaibigan ko si Honeylet, I don't want to ruin a family just because of one mistake." I stood up the put my other clothes sa cabinet.
" Pero what if buhay pala siya " there's 'what' in her sentence but she said it without a tone of asking.
" Huh? Anong ibig mong sabihin? " I asked her. " Kung gusto mo ng babae sa pamilya, gumawa kayo ni Greggy, huwag yung anak kong nananahimik " I continued.
