You yawned to yourself as you had just finshed typing out something on the computer and printed it out on paper with the printer next you.
it was late in the afternoon and it seemed like your day is almost ending.
you’ve been working for over 12 hours, and you have only been able to finish one page of the work you were assigned.
but, you sighed in relief when you realised that it would be time to go home soon and plus you don't have to be at work for the next three weeks but you still did have to pack for the vacation your taking in a few days.
you closed out all of your work and put away all of your things before you finally realized it was time to leave but before you left.
you grabbed the papers you had printed out and dropped them off in your bosses box and then you made your way to the main entrance so you could pick up your coat from outside.
when you exited the building you walked to your car.
you unlocked it and started the car. after turning the key you drove off and made your way towards home.
the weather was nice even though it was night time and there was no light pollution so you could see clearly and enjoy the view.
as you drove you thought about your holidays this year.
you were very excited to see your online friends in person and very nervous too. you were finally home.
you arrived home and parked your car,you got down from your vehicle and walked towards your front door with your work bag in your hand.
when you opened the door, you took your shoes off and placed them neatly at the side and looked around.
your apartment was kind of messy due the thought of packing for your trip, you decided that you should clean it up later because you had some things to take care of first. you pulled out your phone and immediately opened the group chat.
