most casino owners look up to the boss man having no idea he's only 13 while some see him as easy competition thinking they can scare him off yeah that backfires all the Time resulting in them going out of business because the casino bosses will go and pay them a "visit".
The three boys have hade a major glow up they are no longer letting people punk them around now that they have gotten stronger and wiser Milo no longer cares about his ex girlfriend Lisa now he's now focused on getting to the money with the Bar racket, Shawn is still a stoner but he has always took his job seriously he's also getting to the money while running a club racket and helping out at the casino, then finally Nolan the big boss man he has been watching over nightlight city making sure nobody does anything outside his guidelines he is basically the king of nightlight city keeping everyone and everything in check.
We see Nolan in his office looking down at all the people enjoying themselves mostly the legion and the others that helped him get this far, Karen is at the bar serving drinks, asura is going crazy on the dance floor in a good way, junior and the malachite twins are enjoying themselves while keeping watch, the casino bosses are doing their regular jobs. Then there's yumeko who was right about the crying wallets as she's over at the poker table hustling people then milo and Shawn at the slot machines isles we see Nolan and mustard in his office looking at everyone having fun
