We see Izuku riding around the city on top of the T-rex as he sees all the people running away for their lives he sees this and just smiles
Izuku: man it feels like a fever dream and I'm not gonna waste a second of it HEY REXY
Rexy looks up at Izuku as he points towards the largest building in the area
Izuku: THAT WAY
Rexy roars out into the sky and runs towards the large building while behind the two of them it's all out chaos as beasts pirates run around the city stealing, burning and killing to their hearts desire as we see Makoto looking around him seeing anarchy all over the streets
Makoto: *breathes in and out* this is a beautiful sight to behold
Serpenters: the chaos and destruction/ or the fire and dead bodies
Makoto: both it's been so long since I've seen anything like this
Serpenters: where is captain Izuku going/yeah why is he heading to that building

Makoto and the twins rush over to the muscle car as he punches the window open and unlocks the door from the inside and gets inside and starts hot wiring it after a few seconds the car roars to life as Makoto steps on the gas and catches up to Izuku as we see him and rexy heading for the building
Izuku: come on buddy we're almost the-
Random hero: STOP THAT GIANT LIZARD
Izuku looks forward to see heroes and swat in front of him shooting their guns and firing their quirks at rexy the bullets not doing much but the quirks are what's hurting her the most as Izuku gets pissed and grabs his kanabo and jumps off of rexy
Random hero: SOMETHING'S INCOMING
Random Swat: MORE LIKE SOMEONE
Random hero: QUICK FI-
Before the heroes could do anything Izuku hit the ground creating a crater and a shockwave sending the hero's and swat flying away he then jumped after them and hit each of them with his kanabo killing them as he lands and runs over to check on rexy
Izuku: you ok girl they didn't hurt you to badly did they
Rexy: *growls in pain*
Izuku: I know I know it hurts but you'll survive I know you will
Rexy: *nuzzles izuku*
Izuku: it's alright your a strong T-Rex yes you are oh yes you are
