Seoul, SK

Jin and his mother arrived at her house and then went out again to do some shopping. They went to several stores where Jin could get some of the things he's missed. Without having to pay shipping fees.

Tae arrived soon after and went to the address he had for Jin's mother. He didn't see her car in the driveway so he parked nearby and walked around the neighborhood.

He wandered up and down some streets and attracted attention from people. He sometimes forgets that he's way more attractive than most mere humans. And people flock to him all the time.

After a couple of hours with no luck, he decides to return to check her house again. This time he sees her car parked in front. But they are just getting ready to leave again.

This time he decides to follow them.

They park in front of a restaurant and let the valet park their car. Tae decides to find parking nearby so as not to draw attention to himself.

As Jin and his mother are seated at their table, a couple of young men from the next table are staring at Jin.

Jin notices but he's used to it. But then one of them gets up and walks over to their table.

"Excuse me, I don't mean to interrupt. But are you Kim Seokjin? Kim Sung-min's son?"

Jin looks up and suddenly recognizes the young man.

"Oh yes, I am. I'm sorry. I didn't recognize you at first. How are you?"

"It's quite alright. I'm fine thank you. I just arrived yesterday and I am leaving tonight once again. I had a visit with your father this morning and I saw your picture on his shelf in his office. That's why I kept staring."

"Oh? You did? I'm surprised, I figured once I was grown he would take it down." Jin tries to play off his surprise.

"Trust me, your face is not one that can easily be forgotten. He spoke so highly of you. I understand you moved away? Are you just visiting as well?"

"Yes, I am. I'm sorry.. but would you like to join us? This is my mother."

Jin continues with the introductions just as Tae enters and gets seated a couple of tables away. He sees the two young men move from their table and join Jin and his mother. He was not happy about it. Especially with the way the one that is talking keeps ogling him.

He watches as they all begin chatting and laughing at something or other. Tae can only ball up his fist and glare at them.

But the more he watches them interact, the more he thinks that they look compatible with each other. He appears to be a professional like Jin. Not a some-timey like him.

He suddenly feels self conscious in that restaurant and asks for his bill. Luckily he only ordered a quick drink. Once he pays for his order, he gets up and starts to walk away.

But Jin happens to look back at the same moment. And he sees him. He wonders why he is there, so he quickly excuses himself and rushes after him.

As Tae makes his way towards his car, Jin calls out to him and he stops.

He turns to look as Jin reaches his side. He is embarrassed and feels like fleeing but remains put.

"Hey, I thought that was you. Is everything ok? Is someone hurt?"

Tae shakes his head and says, "No.. no. Everyone is fine. I think. Or they were when I left."

Jin is confused and it shows on his face. Tae decides to come clean and clear up any confusion.
