~Four~

(A/N: Jimin will be a little spoiled in this story. Just like the character in the show. He's not a bad guy, just spoiled.)

The next morning Jin was up early and got ready for work. He then grabs his medical bag and heads out for his first day at work. He glances over at Tae's place and sees how calm it looks compared to the day before.

He continues walking and crosses the park in the middle of the square and sees a group of people standing around looking at another small group dancing. Or rehearsing. He decides to walk closer to them. Some people start to turn to look at him and then more of them do. He starts to feel self conscious and realizes that the others have stopped their rehearsal.

He just smiles as politely as he can and tries to go on his way. When he then hears a sweet voice say, "Well I had heard that we finally got a new doctor in town, but I had no idea how handsome you were. You are absolutely gorgeous."

Jin looks at the petite young blonde who was talking to him but recognizes the fake compliment coming from him. After dealing with rude, haters all his life he instinctively responds in an equally fake and sarcastic manner.

"Me? Not at all. I mean, look at you. Compared to you I look like a troll. Who are you by the way?"

The young man has a tight lipped smile and says, "My apologies, my name is Park Jimin. My family owns several businesses in town. My Appa practically runs the town."

"How wonderful for him. Well, as you know. I'm the new doctor in town. My name is Kim Seokjin. But you can just call me doc.. or Jin."

"Mhmmm, well, it was nice finally meeting you. I have to get back to my dance rehearsal. I hope you will come to the ceremony this weekend. It's just another award they are bestowing on my father. But it's a yearly tradition and most of the town shows up to celebrate. You can meet more of the locals."

Jimin then bows before returning to the others. People are still staring at Jin so he smiles and continues walking.

When he gets to his office, he sees Hobi who then walks towards him carrying two cups of coffee. He hands one to Jin and tells him, "I was just checking your schedule and you don't have any patients today. But don't worry, it takes time for people to hear that they have a new doctor."

Jin looks around and sighs. "I guess that's to be expected. For now, let's get this place some modern equipment."

Hobi claps his hands and says, "Yes! I tried to get your father to update his office but he was too old school. He would say there was no need as long as the old ones still worked."

They spend the morning taking inventory of everything and ordered new equipment and furniture. And some things the office didn't have. They also ordered new filing cabinets and desks. So they spent the next couple of days reorganizing the entire office.

By the end of the week it looked like a completely different place.
