Y/n- As I sat down after turning my Christmas scented candle on getting ready to read my new book, there was a knock on the door. "Come in!" I shouted as got I got up ready to welcome whoever was at the door.
Suddenly the door slowly began to open, you see a familiar face run up and hug me. "Connie what are you doing here?" I said in pure disbelief. Before Connie replied she went and sat on the bean bag which was in the corner of the room, then she began to answer the question.
Connie-"well I decided to come and see you before the assembly so we could catch up! Also I wanted to warn you about my teammates" she said while laughing
Y/n-"Well I can't wait to see your team and stuff,but I need help deciding what to wear!"
Connie got up without saying anything and walked towards the wardrobe. Connie-"well it's a good thing I came then"
A few minutes later "y/n I've hung your outfit on the back of the wardrobe for you!" she said while her voice began to get closer.
Y/n-"Thanks con your a life saviour, I'll be right back" I said excitedly as I walked towards the wardrobe. I then see that connie has left a white ,mini dress with a black cardigan which looks comfy.

"Thanks girl!!!" I shouted
After changing I came out with a pair of brown worn down converse I sat down in the double bed opposite connie, as I started to tie my laces I could feel her looking at me. She was waiting for me to ask her about her relationship with guy,but if I do then she'll try and ask me about every boy we both know and trust me once she starts,she doesn't stop. However I'm going to have to ask her only to make the atmosphere less awkward.
Y/n-"so how are things going with you and guy?" I mumbled. Connie-"I thought you were never gonna ask!" She said excitedly "He made a dinner date which didn't go well because the food was burnt so we had to order a takeaway" She paused waiting for me to say something.
Y/n-"erm at least he ordered and payed for the food! Because my best friend doesn't settle for anything less!!!" I said only because it's true. Guy has to be something really special to be going out with Connie!.
Connie-"IKR we then watched a film ,which was good!" Connie continued "Anyways enough about my relationship, you know y/n there's a bunch of cute guys on my team which you might like" she said slyly
Y/n-"I doubt that ,but who knows maybe" I said smiling at her. "What time is it?" I said trying to skip the conversation.
Connie-"Oh crap! It's 7:30 sorry y/n, but I've got to go and meet the team, before the assembly" she said as she walked to the door.
Y/n-"right I'll hopefully see you after class!" I said while opening the door to let Connie out.
As soon as the door opened a very exited connie sprinted out , running down the empty hallway ,which left me giggling by the door.
