When I say you were like a book,
I didn't mean to say that you were just a chapter.
But instead, a painstakingly tragic book,
that i would gladly read until it's over.
Would you believe me if i tell you,
that you were like a bookmark?
the reason why I'm resting,
and the reason why I'm starting.
And when you tell me you have so many scars,
I immediately thought you as a book.
'cause there's a story behind your scars,
and you know how much i love to read every line.
