Wednesday ran, she ran and ran. For some reason she had to keep going, she had to keep running. Although she knew deep down that leaving Xavier at the shop would hurt him.. and somewhat hurt her. She had to run, and keep going, she couldn't let herself be prone to such things. She didn't want to be vulnerable anymore. She didn't want herself to be a victim to a man's deception anymore. After Tyler, she wanted nothing to do with this, ever again. That's the dumb excuse that she made, the definitely false excuse that convinced herself with, knowing that if she stayed, things would get worse.. She knew deep down, somewhere in that shallow, monochrome heart of hers that leaving was the worst decision she would make. But the subtle vision she had when she picked up that cake made her want to run. Although her vision pointed to her being the fault, she didn't think that running would cause that vision she had to happen..

Yes, that's what happened, that's what caused Wednesday to burst and run away so suddenly. She picked up that slice of cake given to her by Xavier, and within an instant had a vision, but one that didn't last long enough for her to be visibly knocked out, one that merely made her eyes and head jolt back for a split second. Amongst this vision was a day planned ahead by Xavier, what seemed to be an enjoyable good day.. ending in a.. horrible way. Wednesday thought to herself, the only way to get out of this, the only way to make sure that this vision didn't happen, was to take Xavier's advice from back in the cell.. to leave, to run away to go far away.. If she left, what would happen to him, wouldn't have happened right? This is what you would think.. you wouldn't have expected her running away to be the cause for this visions ending, would you?

In Wednesday's mind, she never would have thought the boy would be stupid enough to chase her, seeing as she vanished so smoothly and very swiftly disappeared from his sight, she expected that to be it. But unfortunately, Xavier knew the direction in which she lived, so he immediately thought the best idea was to.. run in that direction. You could call it pathetic fallacy, as it was truly poetic. The sudden change of the mood, the setting, the sudden switch from a decently sunny and clear day to a gloomy dark one. The trees in the background swaying in the wind, as that indeed had picked up heavily. The rain started to lash down, bellowing ontop of him, as he ran after the girl he had sought out for so long. She surprisingly didn't get that much further ahead, well not surprising seeing as she's a whole foot shorter than he. The rain continued to pour, to rain hell upon them, just as Wednesday would have wanted in this mere moment.

"Wednesday!! Please wait up.." Xavier screamed, chasing after her through the storm that was going on. Through the now foggy setting and darker environment. Who would have thought, at midday, the atmosphere would have changed so much. Once again, I do admire how poetic this is. Wednesday, merely a few meters ahead spun on her heels to look Xavier in the eyes, for the first time in a long time if not ever, the lanky boy could so clearly read her emotions. Although it may have been raining, and in Wednesday's eyes be the perfect time to cover up the state that she was in. Xavier could see right through her, the subtle quivering of the lip, the furrowed brows and so clear tears in the corners of her eyes. He could have easily been mistaken, they could have just been drops of rain.. But he was sure, sure that this wasn't the case.

"Stop. Xavier stop. D- don't come near me, i don't want to see you." Wednesday shouted, intently across the street.. for some reason she shouted this, she didn't want this, in turn she ideally wanted Xavier to ignore everything that she was saying, to completely disregard those obligations she had set those ideals that she wants those borders that she puts up, he wanted him to run up to her, hug her, embrace her, hold her. Although she'd never admit that, she wouldn't have minded if he had done that.. that would have made this scene even more poetic right?
