Wilbur let go of tommy and went to take his phone.
"wait right here." when he came back tommy was sitting on his bed. Wilbur turned on his phone and called 911.
"what are you doing?"
"helping you"
"but.. Aren't they going to put me in an orphanage?"
"no, I'm telling them I'm your brother. I'm not a minor" this is stopping. wilbur is not letting tommy be sad no more. it's all ending.
Outside could be heard police cars driving and then stoping. Tommy was finally safe.
The cops took Tommy's parents and allowed wilbur to take care of him. Tommy was finally happy.
