Will we make it out alive together?

The first fights (Pt. 2)

Samira's POV:

The days went by. Bonny and I were fighting monsters by ourselves as Link and Lenny recovered from their illnesses. When they had recovered again, we all fought monsters together. ,,Hey guys, do you see any more monsters around?" Link asked. ,,Nuh, I think all of them are dead now." Lenny said. ,,Alright, I think we can look for a little cottage around here." I said. ,,That's a good idea. I already am really tired of all this fighting." Link said.

All four of us looked for a cottage in the forest. Even though it took us a few hours, we found one. There was one a few more kilometers into the forest. But this time, there were no beds in the cottage. So we had to sleep on the ground.

-The next day-

Link's POV:

I woke up with a slight back pain and a sore throat. The ground was hard and it was kind of cold. I slowly got up and got ready. ,,Hey Link, are you ok?" I heard Lenny ask. ,,Yeah, I'm alright." I said. I weakly smiled at him. ,,Ok." he said with a smile. I kept going on with getting ready. 'I hope we're not going to fight too much today. I don't want to get even more ill.' I thought as I went outside with my sword and shield. ,,Hey. Where are you going?" Bonny asked. ,,I'm just going to practise a bit if I find a lake near." I said, looking back at her. ,,Oh, ok..." she said and left. Now I was outside, all by myself. 'Ok, let's get going.' I thought as I walked through the forest, on my way to find a lake anywhere. Hopefully I wouldn't get lost.

-Later that day-

Bonny's POV:

Link has been out for hours. I know he wouldn't lie about practising, but this long? He knew we wanted to go out fighting more monsters around here. ,,Guys, do you know where Link is? I just saw him this morning, and from then on he was like gone." Samira said. ,,Well, I guess it was about noon. That's when I saw him leave for practising." I said. ,,Do you know where exactly he went?" Lenny asked. ,,No, I already was gone . He just told me he wanted to practise, and then I went away." I said.

Samira's POV:

'I hope Link is fine out there.' I thought as I walked rounds around the cottage. I was still worried because he is someone who never stays out too long. He always comes back home early. I don't know how many rounds I already walked, but just as I finished the next round, I saw Link coming back. He was kind of hurt. ,,Link?! Are you ok?!" I yelled as I ran over to him. ,,Yeah. I'm fine. I'll just need some rest." he said tiredly. He really looked tired, probably because he practised and fought pretty much.

-The next day-

Link's POV:

We just got ready for the next fights we were going to go through that day, but especially the way to the first village. When we got everything we need, we started to walk away from the cottage, probably not finding one for the next days. We barely had food, but we will get some together on our way. The fights we're going to go through wouldn't be getting easier. So we'll need more training and practise on our way to the villages all around. We'll just have to fight more monsters and find the perfect places for practising.
