Reminiscences of the past

(Choi yoori pov.)
(Note this is 15 yr old yoori)

[i remember when I first got to starline kingdom, it was when the king found me in the white forest when I was 5,he was so kind and caring... when he brought me back he introduced me to his son kim sunoo, sunoo was always nice to me even though he never knew what happened to me, he'd share his room with me because the king couldn't figure out where to put a room for me, he was always very cuddly if that's how I should put it. I shared a room with him for awhile but that was until I actually got a room I finally got my own room when I was 9, I don't think sunoo got comfortable with me not sleeping next to him,the maids kept telling me that they would go to his room crying in the middle of the night..so I kept sleeping in his room that was until we both got into our teens and I started training when I was 11]

(I walk into where the king is)

"Yoori it's good to see you again."

"It's good to see you too sir, but why did you ask for me?"

[he considers me his daughter in some ways, but In some ways he doesn't.]

"There is someone who has decided to train you, all the way in the black void kingdom."

"Isnt the blackvoid kingdom known for their amazing swordsmanship?"

[the blackvoid kingdom is one of our allies, it is called the blackvoid kingdom because it is 100x darker in the day and nighttime, only when a blood moon is near does it actually look like a normal kingdom, it's also where the vampires live.]

"It is, which is perfect for you because you said yourself you are willing to become the Prince's knight."

"It is perfect... how long do I have to stay there?"

"4 and a half years."

"4 and a half years!?!"

[i mean I know it takes time to learn how to use a sword but... 4 AND A HALF YEARS???]

"It surprised me too...but you must Leave tomorrow morning the men are already on their way here to starline kingdom."

"Right...."

[starline kingdom is where we're at, why is it called starline kingdom? Because at night there is always a line of stars above the kingdom, sometimes there's a circle of stars around the kingdom it almost looks like something out of a child's story.]

"I have yet to bring the news to my son, I expect you to break the news to him since you are the one leaving."

"Yes sir..."

(I walk out of the king's private room, and I start heading towards where sunoos room is)

[sunoo is not going to like hearing this...I don't want to tell him, I don't want to make him feel hurt, but it is what I must do I suppose.]

(It's already late in the afternoon, and I finally get to sunoos room,when I open the door he is sitting on his bed)

"Oh hey yoori! Everything okay?"

"Yes and no."

"What's wrong did something happen? Did you lose mr fox?" (Mr fox is a stuffed animal sunoo gave to me.)

"No mr fox is fine... it's something else."

"Well tell me already"

(I sit down next to him)
