Tempremental disaster

Confusion

My eyes opened to the sound of my phones alarm and it revealed my unexpected fate. I quickly turned it off. The room around me was dark but there was enough light around me to show me that I was in Josh's front room. As I turned my head, I noticed him sat behind me, one arm around me and the other dangling of the arm of the couch.

I jumped up,startled, as soon a I realised where I was and accidentally woke josh up.

"What? What's wrong?" He muttered. A boys voice in the morning is some sexy stuff.

"It's morning!! We have school today!" I was getting myself flustered at the thought of being late for school. I'm not usually much of a geek,but I liked being on time for everything.

"Calm down, it's fine. My sisters about the same size as you are, would you like to borrow some clothes?" I considered it in my head and agreed.

He lead me upstairs by my hand and showed me into his sisters room. After looking for something suitable to wear, I decided on a pair of faded jeans and a tank top.

I met Josh outside the estimates door and he smiled to me "you look nice"

I returned the smile and he said " you may wanna borrow a hoodie off me, it's pretty cold out" I nodded in response. I hadn't realised just how cold I actually was until then.

"Breakfast at McDonald's?" My face responded for me by growing a huge smirk.

The first person I noticed as we reached the school site was Alex, stood with Lauren.

I headed in their direction, realising Josh had walked off to a group of guys, who were sat down near a tree doing homework.

''Hey'' I said casually, as I approached my friends.

''Oh my God! Explain now!'' Lauren said, excitedly.

Before I had the chance to reply, summer walked up behind me as asked 'Whats with the guys jacket?'

''Exactly what I was asking, Its Josh's isn't it? Oh my god, please tell me you stayed at his last night? you guys would be so cute!' Lauren exclaimed.

''Its not like that! Calm yourself, I'm not getting with him. I was at his house yesterday to work on our drama, and we fell asleep watching adventure time, nothing else.'' I explained.

The bell rang and students everywhere set off to classes.

''This so isn't over!'' Lauren smirked, before walking with summer to her next class. Alex stood facing me, and didn't move an inch. After studying me for a moment, she finally cleared her throat and spoke.

''You like him don't you?'' She pointed out. I thought about it and hadn't realised just how much i had fallen for him. I nodded a little in reply and she smiled.

'' Don't worry, I wont say anything to Lauren, I know how exited she can get. But I do agree with her, you'd be cute.'' After she spoke, she walked off, leaving me stood alone. My mind was going mental. I decided it would be best to walk to class and avoid being centre of attention by walking in late.

''Hey'' I said to josh as I saw him at his seat by the door.

''Aww, she has his jumper on, what a cute couple" shouted one of the populars.the sarcasm radiated around her. I brushed it off but josh shot them a cold look, then focused on his book. The lesson hadn't even started, I guess that was his way of telling me to piss off.

I went and sat down at my seat. Why was he being so cold? He was perfectly fine this morning?

The lesson dragged and I struggled to concentrate beside my mind was on this morning. I couldn't understand what made him turn on me so quickly.

As the bell went, I collected my things together in a hurry. I looked up to see that josh had already left.

The rest of the day was a drag. Lessons went slow, as did breaks. Whilst walking out of school, I could see josh's car in the distance. I was debating wether to wait for him or if he'd jut be cold again.

After a while of debating in my head, I went to stand near his car, just before he got there.

"Hey. Look I know you don't wanna talk to me but I have your jacket. Just thought I'd give it back" I said. He looked shocked that I'd assumed that, but I didn't give him time to reply; I left his hoodie on the hood of his car and walked away.

I just hoped this wouldn't carry on...
