The chill wind hit my body, as I walked down the street.
People were dancing and celebrating around me. The atmosphere here was amazing and light.
I quickly spotted a bar, who looked interesting. It was called "Rousseau's."
I walked inside and went straight for the bar.
"What can I get you?" The bartender asked me.
"Bourbon" I answered, smiling.
- " Coming right up." The bartender said before she poured the drink and handed it to me.
"Thank you." I said smiling, before I took a sip of my drink.
"Are you new in town? I haven't seen you here before?" She asked.
I nodded in response.
"I'm here on vacation. I just got here a few hours ago." I said, smiling weakly.
"I'm Camille. Just call me Cami." She said extending her hand.
I smiled at her before I took her hand.
"I'm Claire. Nice to meet you." I said.
"Do you have any plans for your stay here?" Cami asked.
"Not yet. I just want to explore the city and enjoy myself." I answered smiling, before I took another sip of my drink.
Suddenly a customer at the other end of the bar yelled.
"I'm sorry, I have to go." Cami said.
"It was nice meeting you." I said smiling, to her before she walked to the other end.
I took another sip of my drink when I suddenly felt like someone was staring at me.
I looked to my right and caught sight of a young man with messy blond hair and beautiful blue eyes.
I felt my heart skip a beat, as he looked me in the eyes. I quickly looked back down at my drink, to hide my blushing cheeks.
Suddenly someone took a seat right next to me.
I slowly looked up.
It was the blonde guy.
