Seven years later...

"Minsu! Keep close!" Jungkook shouted, but the little boy already fled to the playground. He had two children now, both boys. Minsu was the eldest and Jihu was the youngest; Minsu was seven and Jihu was three.

The elder boy was intelligent like his father and a quiet child while Jihu was different like his father.

It was a secret and Minsu knew, but he was Taehyung's child. And Jihu was of course Yugyeom's son.

"Daddy, come push me!" Minsu called from the swingset. Jungkook let out a huff and started walking over with Jihu on his hip.

He rarely had days off now because over the years he had become more famous and people overseas were now his fans. He started having tours and they would sometimes last months and in that time he had to leave his children with Yugyeom who wasn't as good as a father as Jungkook was. He would mostly ignore Minsu and pay more attention to Jihu, but the older son didn't mind because he didn't like Yugyeom since he saw him hit Jungkook one night.

Minsu was home-schooled, so he didn't have friends. But he loved being around Jungkook and didn't mind the lack of a social life as much as any other child his age would. He had the mind of an adult and when he met other kids they thought he was odd.

Jungkook finally got to the swings and started lightly pushing the boy who let out giggles of excitement. "I love you, daddy." Minsu said. He said this every few minutes like it was a habit. But he did it because he never heard Yugyeom say it. It was only said when he was talking to Jihu.

"Aw, I love you too, baby." Jungkook said, a smile coming to his lips. There was no one out at the moment so there wouldn't be any fans, but just in case Jungkook wore a a mask, making his children wear them too.

"Dada~" Jihu whined softly, looking up at his father. "Yes, sweetie?" Jungkook patted the boy's head softly. The child began to cry, not saying a word about what was wrong.

Jungkook moved away from the swinging boy and crouched down so he could look through the diaper bag on his back. "You can swing yourself, right, baby?" He asked and took out a pack of crackers in case the child was hungry.

"Yes." Minsu said softly and started swinging by himself. "Okay, be careful and I'm going to sit on that bench to feed your brother." Jungkook pointed to the bench that was close by and walked over.

As he sat, he put a cracker to Jihu's lips and he took it, muching on it quietly. He looked over to Minsu and saw a man not far away who was staring over at them.

Jungkook left uncomfortable and quickly called the number of his bodyguard. "Yes sir?" "Changbin, please come over. There's a...guy staring from afar."

"Yes, sir, I'm coming." Changbin ended the call and got out of the car he was in. He was also the family's chauffer, so he was close by.

As he got closer, he saw the man Jungkook was referring to. He was dressed in black and was leaned against a tree just staring over. He could possibly be a fan wanting to go over, but they couldn't take any risks.

"Would you like to leave, Mr. Jeon?" Changbin asked as he stepped up beside the Idol. "I'm not sure. What do you think?"

"Binnie!" Minsu suddenly called and hopped off of the swing mid-air, scaring both adults. The boy grinned and ran to the guard, hugging his hip.

Changbin smiled smiled patted the young boy's shoulder. "Hi, Minnie. How are you?" He asked. "Good. Daddy, can we leave? I want to show Binnie what I drew." Minsu asked.

Jungkook nodded and stood. When Minsu asked, Changbin carried him to the car and put him in the backseat with Jungkook.

...

"That's me, daddy, Jihu, and you protecting us!" Minsu was showing Changbin his picture and Jungkook was in the kitchen cooking dinner. If it wasn't ready by the time Yugyeom was back from work he'd be angry.

"And daddy got me a bunny yesterday. His name is Cupcake because he's so sweet." Minsu continued to blab to Changbin who didn't mind listening. He knew Yugyeom never payed attention to him and Jungkook worked a lot, so he didn't have time with much of anyone.

The boy took the animal out of its cage and held it in his arms. It was a white rabbit with its snout and tail the color black.

"He's cute. Like you, Minnie." Changbin grinned and booped the boy's nose, earning a soft laugh from him.

"Minsu! Come finish your homework." The boy groaned and set the bunny back in his cage. "Daddy's cooking and Yugyeom won't be back until later, so can you help me do math, Binnie?" The boy asked as he left his room, turning back at the doorway.

"Sure. I'm not too good but I'll try." Changbin followed Minsu to the dining room where they both sat and worked together on his homework.

Jungkook liked how close the two were and he really trusted Changbin a lot.

"I'm home!"

Jihu smiled from his highchair and made grabby hands at the foyer where he knew Yugyeom would come in from. When the male made his appearance, the boy squealed and laughed.

"Daddy!" He let out and Yugyeom walked over, picking his son up. "Jihu!" He said in the same tone as the boy. He looked at Jungkook. "Is dinner ready?" He asked.

"Almost." The younger adult said back. "Oh, Changbin. You can leave. I'm here." Yugyeom nodded to the foyer and set Jihu down, looking at Minsu now who was frowning.

"But I don't want him to go. Let him stay for dinner." Minsu held Changbin's hand and looked to Jungkook for an answer. "No he will not stay for dinner. I have friends coming over." Yugyeom then walked off to the bedroom.

"Sorry, Minnie. You'll see me tomorrow." The guard stood up and put his jacket on, leaving soon after.

Jungkook finished dinner and turned to Minsu who was pouting. "Please watch your brother for a second. And could you set the table please?" He asked and went to the bedroom, shutting the door after himself.

He saw Yugyeom standing in front of the closet and he was undressing from his suit. "Your friends make me uncomfortable, Yugyeom. And they always stare at Minsu and I don't like it." He sat on the edge of their bed.

Yugyeom scoffed and turned around, his shirt unbuttoned and untucked. "So? These guys are potential business partners. They can stare for all they want until I get this deal."

"I'm an Idol, Yugyeom. Therefore people who come around want to ask my children personal questions and I don't want Minsu dealing with that! I don't want-" Jungkook stopped talking when felt the farmiliar sting across his cheek.

"Then fucking teach him to not answer." Yugyeom slapped him once more before going to the bathroom.

Jungkook let out a shaky breath and held his red cheek. When he composed himself, he left the bedroom and saw Minsu setting the table.

"Thank you, baby. I'll fix your plate." Jungkook wiped away a stray tear and started filling their plates.
