I've been away from home for two weeks now, cause me and my Employees has been just building houses and doing Remodeling Projects in people's homes.

And in these two weeks, I've been really missing my Wife and I'm still missing her, but I'm honestly happy that I FaceTime her when I can.

Anyways right now I'm going over the basics, educating some of my newer Employees on what makes people want to do Home Remodeling in their own homes, meanwhile my other Employees are Remodeling some rooms in this house already.

"When you're the owner of your own home, there are a lot of thangs that you have to be careful about in maintaining the house. Right from ensuring the anesthetics to caring for the internal strength of the structure, you need to keep an eye on all of it." I tell them.

"Meanwhile, there are people that are obsessed with how their house fares on the health scale, and there are also those people that keep informed and sufficient watch on the house to not let it phase major issues." I also tell them.

"If you want to make sure that you're able to keep your house looking as well as feeling like new all the time, you need to make sure that you learn about some reasons why people are driven to Remodeling their homes." I said.

"And when you're aware of the reasons why others Remodel their homes, you may be able to find your own reasons as well." I say.

"Now here is why people are driven to Remodeling their homes, their spaces." I tell them as I hand them a bunch of cards that has the reasons on it.

"Y'all will read what's in bold and I will read the reasons." I tell them as they all say okay Boss.

"Domain, you read what's in bold first." I tell him.

Domain says an okay Boss as he clears his throat as he then starts talking.

"The Design Of The House." Domain reads out loud.

"Okay, so one for the biggest reasons why a lot of people choose to Remodel their homes is because of the fact that, that home aesthetics needs to be kept in order. People keep changing their taste and Interior Design, which is somethang that leads to a lot of people seeking newer Designs for their homes." I read the reasons out loud.

"Okay now, Santiago. Now You read what's in bold." I tell him.

"Ight Boss." Santiago says to me.

"Work On Accessories." Santiago reads out loud.

"The simplest yet one of the most effective ways to get your home to look different is to work on accessorizing it. You need to go out and look for accessories that goes with your present Décor so that you don't have to worry about having to work on changing a lot of thangs. You can add thangs like lights, Paintings, Sculptures or somethang unique that you find off ignored shelves. Somethang different like a wooden window frame can become an accessory for your wall." I read out loud.

"Xavier, you read what's in bold next." I tell him as I continue looking at the cards.

"Work On Upholstery." Xavier reads out loud.

"Another way in which you can work on getting your Interior Design change within the snap of your finger is to work on thangs like curtains, cushions, covers, rugs, runners and other such upholstery pieces. You can be sure about bringing about an instant change in your room when you choose to work on such changes. Changing thangs like the curtains in a room do not cost as much and do not take much time or effort. All you have to do is to find the right match for the aesthetic of the house." I read out loud.

"Zach, now you read what's in bold next." I tell him.

"Dress Up The Wall." Zach reads out loud.

"Okay, so when you want a quick but an effective way to work on The Design of your house you can choose to work on the walls. And all you have to do is add thangs like a feature wall. You can choose to add a dash of color to one of the walls and make sure that your home looks different. All of these ideas require a little effort but brings out about major changes." I read out loud.

"Lucas, you're up next. You read what's in bold next." I tell him as I look at him.

Lucas clears his throat as he then starts talking.

"The Structural Strength And Stability." Lucas reads out loud.

I look back down at the card that's in my hand.

"When in need of a secure space to live in and you think your home can no longer hold up against the forces of nature, it is important to give a serious thought to Remodeling the house. The Remodeling Process is carried out to make sure that the strength and the health of the house is returned and that the place is made safe to live in." I read out loud, telling them.

I glance up looking at Don, while then looking right back down at the card.

"Don, you can read what's in bold next and also you can read the reasons." I tell him.

"Awesome." Don yells out causing us all to lightly laugh.

Don then clears his throat as he then starts talking, reading.

"Improving The Lifestyle." Don reads out loud.

"An important reason why a lot of people also choose to get their homes Remodeled is because of the fact that a Remodeled home helps in improving the lifestyle and standards of the living person." Don reads out loud.

I look back up at everyone.

"You see, on why these are some of the most essential and important reasons why a lot of people find it important to have their homes Remodeled on a regular basis. These are driving factors that motivate people to take the step in the direction of a Home Remodeling." I tell them.

They all say an okay and yeah Boss.

We all then go over more basics before we all join my other Employees on Remodeling this house.
