Chapter 10

I blush the whole time I'm in the shower, taking my time. I can't get the smile off my face after what happened; it was amazing. I've never known anything could feel so good. I finish my shower and get dressed in a pretty dress. I love dresses; they are my favorites. I don't like the pants; they are uncomfortable.

Once I'm dressed, I head to the living room to find Aries, but I stop around the corner when I hear his angry voice. "What the fuck?" I hear him say as I listen quietly from around the corner. I then hear who I think is Shadow talking to Aries.

I don't hear anything for a while, so I walk in to see Aries sitting on the couch holding a piece of paper. "Aries?" I say this as I slowly walk in, feeling the tension in the air.

His head snaps up, and the anger disappears from his face as the glint that makes me tingle between my thighs enters his eyes. He waves me over with his hand, and I smile, skipping over to him and climbing into his lap, facing sideways with my legs between his.

He smiles back at me before wrapping his left arm around my waist and pushing my hair out of my face. I lean up and kiss him, and he immediately kisses back. We kiss for a minute before I hear a throat clear behind me, reminding me that we aren't alone.

I look down at the note Aries is holding. "What's this?" I pointed to it. He pulls the paper away from me before I can see it, handing it to Shadow. "It's nothing, Baby" he says,dismissing it. He frown at him,wanting to know what the paper was that made him so angry.

"Alright, you can go to church in an hour," Aries tells Shadow before turning back to me. I look at Aries, just taking in his features, as I hear the sound of the front door closing. I turn my head, checking if Shadow is gone, before turning back to Aries and smiling widely at him as I feel an overwhelming happiness.

"Let's eat breakfast, then I have to leave for church," he says, lifting me off his lap by my waist and sitting me on the carpet. I nod, grabbing his hand as we walk into the kitchen.

Aries starts taking out the ingredients for breakfast as I stand next to him. "Can I help?" I ask hesitantly. I want to learn to cook so I can make Aries meals to show how grateful I am for him. He nods and turns to me, handing me a bowl and pack of eggs.

I take the eggs and bowl, setting them on the island counter. I open the eggs, taking one out, looking at it, and trying to think of what to do with it. I squeeze the egg in my hand to see what will happen when I hear a cracking sound. Opening my hand, I look in to see its leaking juice.

I smile, celebrating in my head, as I squeeze the egg again, causing it to break completely from the outside, breaking up into little pieces. I then put it into the bowl before reaching for the next egg. "Wait, wait," I hear Aries say as I go to crush the next egg.

I turn around to see what's wrong, watching as Aries looks at the bowl, then starts chuckling, clutching his stomach in his hands. Once he finishes laughing, he grabs the bowl, dumping the egg into the sink. I pout as I watch my hard work go down the drain.

He brings the bowl back over, sitting it down again, then proceeds to stand behind me with his arms around me to show me how to make eggs appropriately. He finishes showing me how to do it with one of the eggs, then he brings his face down to my neck, placing kisses up and down it, causing me to squirm.

He chuckles before going back to his place at the counter to cook. I finish with the rest of the eggs, mixing them in the bowl before giving them back to Aries. I watch as he makes breakfast, listening as he explains how to make everything.

He lets me mix the pancakes in the bowl and try to flip one, which ends up on the floor, but I appreciate him letting me try. Once we are finished, we sit down at the table and ask, "What's your favorite color?" I ask him to take a bite of my eggs.

"Black," he says, eating his food. I nod. "What's yours?" he asks me. In return, I smile, "Pink."

An hour later, Aries still isn't back, and I'm bored of watching TV for the first time ever. I get up from the couch and head to the clubhouse to find Aries.

I'm walking past the pool to the clubhouse when I hear foot steps coming toward me. I jump, turning toward the noise. I gasp in terror when I see Master Connor standing in front of me.

I stand there frozen in fear as I watch him. "Hello, Baby, I've missed you," he says, slowly approaching me. I finally snap out of it, going to run away, and to the club house, "Aries," I scream loudly as I run. I scream as Master Connor grabs me from behind, putting his hand over my mouth.

I kick and fight, trying to get him to release me, before biting down on his hand, causing him to remove it. "You little bitch," he grunts before picking me up. I continue to scream and fight as he tries to drag me away toward the gate.

I finally manage to loosen his hold on me and push away. I go to run again, but as I run by the pool, I get a little too close. When he grabs me this time, we both fall into the pool as I lose my footing.

The cold water washes around me as I struggle to get to the top to get air. I vaguely hear the sound of Master Connor saying, "Die you stupid bitch," as I struggle to get out of the water, slowly sinking my lungs and burning for air as I splash around.

Finally, my lungs can't take it any longer, and they force me to suck in, filling my nose and mouth with water as well as my longs. I struggle for a second longer before black spots enter my vision, and the last thing I hear is my name being called in a frantic voice.
