Chapter 22:- A Night of Surprises: Celebrity Guests Arrive

3rd person POV

The Elite 4 house is in a chaotic situation. Four super hot girls are getting ready.

"I want to sleep. I don't want to get ready." Elaine whined

"Don't complain, Eli, it's for your social image. Just bear with it." Zoey said

"I'm giving a big salute to Lettie for dressing up all the time. How can you do that?" Elaine asked

"It just happens." she put a smile on her face.

Emilio was with them. He knows about that smile. Even the Elite 4 also knows. The pain behind her smile. They won't talk about it or force her to talk about it. It was her brother's wish. Which was her to be a model as he loved dressing up Scarlet. She chooses modeling as her career even though she is a business tycoon family princess, only because of her brother.

Nico who just arrived in the room sensed the sad atmosphere.

"Eli, did you get dressed up? You are looking so pretty." Nico said to lighten up the mood.

"Don't you dare say pretty again? I will kick your ass." Elaine grumbled

"Don't be shy, I know you love it when I compliment you." Nico giggled

"Nico baby, forget about Eli, just come to and you can praise me all as you want," Scarlet said playfully

Nico blushed.

"Aww, Nico is blushing." Emilio teased

"I don't know why but I have a feeling that he is my Lil brother. Even though he is older than me." Scarlet sighed.

"Now, stop this drama and get ready. We have to get moving." Ivan announced

The 4 of them got ready.

"yeah, even though the girls are weird, they arranged it so well," Meizuo replied

"yeah, but thinking about them makes me angry." Daoming si replied

"I haven't seen them today." l asked

"oh, lei do you miss your crush," Ximen asked

I blushed at the thought of her.

I was curious to see her.

" I think they ran away because of what we said, right girls?" Stella and her minions said while approaching us.

I get disgusted by them. But what did they mean?

"Could you care to explain?" Meizuo asked

"oh, it's just that we told them that this event will be a flop which will be sure because they can't afford to bring in celebrities to promote the event. I think they ran away after challenging us that they'll bring celebrities. Looks like they are scared, so they didn't come." Stella laughed

I don't think so. By the looks of them, they are not the ones who get crushed easily. Something's going to happen.

3rd person pov.

Suddenly, all the lights went off. The red carpet was viewed. The anchor was in the middle.

"Welcome, ladies and gentlemen, to the Angels Charity Gala."

All of them clapped.

"Today's charity event will start with the inauguration, speech, and performance by the kids of Angel Care orphanage followed by the main event of the charity gala with the auction. The event will be having special guests which we have not revealed till now. It's a surprise. "the Anchor announced

Suddenly 4 cars, a Porsche Gt3, Lamborgini, Bugatti, and Bentley.
