We were all hanging out in our F4 common room after class, chilling with the girls. Despite finding them a bit annoying, we enjoyed their company. Especially Lei, since Tammy seemed to have a crush on him.
"Hey, Lei, Tammy noticed you seemed sad today," Meizuo teased Lei.
"What? She noticed? Was it that obvious? And what did you say to her?" Lei looked worried.
"Chill, dude. Yeah, it was kinda obvious, so I mentioned Jing," Meizuo reassured him.
"What? Why? Now she's gonna think I'm a mess. Rejected by a girl, great," Lei sighed.
"Hey, don't think like that. I have a hunch that Tammy might actually like you," I chimed in.
"You really think so?" Lei seemed surprised.
"Yeah, but let's not jump to conclusions. These girls have some secrets, I'm sure," I added mysteriously.
"I felt it too. They're connected to the Elite 4 group somehow. And they vanish when the Elite 4 appear. Strange," Lei pointed out.
"Something fishy's going on, but I can't put my finger on it," I said, puzzled.
"Maybe when they trust us more, they'll spill the beans," Ximen suggested.
"Oh, by the way, Chen's coming back for your engagement, right? Haven't seen him in ages. Our F5 became F4 when he left for Paris," Meizuo inquired.
"Yep, he'll be there. Better be early, or I'll give him a hard time," I joked.
Time flew by, and soon it was the day of the talent show.

We were in the dressing room, preparing for our performances, when Nico called.
"Eli, sweetheart, the principal wants our Elite 4 to give out prizes to the winners. They will let us know what to hand out. I told the others too. We'll be there soon," Nico informed me.
