Stealth Operation

Within the corridors of the base, the Jedi can hear droids roaming around and hide if they sense any approaching. Anakin saw that a few B1 battle droids were protecting the turbolifts. He turned to Taloh and Ahsoka.

"It's just a few B1s," Anakin said. "We could take them."

Anakin, Ahsoka, and Taloh moved silently and eliminated the droids with a force push. Anakin then activated his lightsaber and destroyed the last three.

"R2, inform Captain Rex that the turbolifts are secure," Anakin said.

R2 beeped and contacted Rex to move forward toward the data room.

"Copy that," Rex said. "Alright men, the turbolifts are secure. Let's get moving."

"Sir yes sir!" The other clones said as they followed Rex.

The clones met up with the three Jedi and R2 prepared to have the turbo-lift activated to arrive at their floor.

"We're clear of droids sir," Rex said.

"It seems that the droids don't know that we're here," Anakin said with a smile.

Suddenly the turbo-lift arrived and five battle droids were inside.

"Uh oh, roger roger," the battle droids said as they began to point their blasters.

The three Jedi ignited their lightsabers and immediately cut down the droids before they can open fire.

"You spoke too soon master," Ahsoka said as she deactivated her twin lightsabers after Anakin and Taloh deactivated theirs.

"At least they were the only droids that saw us," Anakin replied with a laugh. "Now let's get going. We have data to retrieve."

The Republic operatives proceeded into the turbolifts and made their way to the data room.

"We're scanning minimal droid forces," Rex said to the Jedi. "They appear to be only ten battle droids."

"Let's take advantage of this," Anakin said. "Let's download those files and transmit them to Coruscant."

The turbolift came to a halt and the doors started to open. The Jedi and clones began to destroy the battle droids in the data room and R2 emerged from the turbolift and destroyed the final droid with his taser.

"R2, download those files and transmit them to Coruscant," Anakin said.

"It's only a matter of time until the droids know that we're here," Taloh said.

"Then we must move quickly and hurry back to the shuttle," Anakin said. "I'll contact Damir for reinforcements."

Anakin activated his comlink and began to speak to Damir.

"Damir, we are downloading the enemy files for the Outer Rim sieges," Anakin said. "You may start your attack."

"Acknowledged General Skywalker," Damir said. "We're moving in."

"Excellent, we are also sending the map of the factory to lead to the reactor," Anakin said. "Have your division prepare for battle and contact Captain Tukk. We can use his support."

"Understood," Damir said. "I contact him immediately."

"Excellent," Anakin said. "Skywalker out."

"Let's hope the 12th armored battalion, the 501st, and the 241st legions arrive on time." Anakin said. "Or things are gonna get more interesting!"
