--Your POV--
Today was finally the day, It was midterm exam day. Fuutarou and I have been studying non-stop with the quintuplets for the past week and a half., I tutored Nino while Fuutarou tutored the others. During that week and a half, I have not told Nino about the night when Nino confessed to me. She has made it more obvious, Hanging out with me more during and out of school. I've also noticed her being more flirtatious.
"Do your best everyone" I said before we all went to our respective classrooms.
Nino and I walk into our classroom and sat at our seats.
"You all have three hours to finish, Good luck." Chabashira-sensei said.

--Nino's POV--
After two hours, I finished the exam. I walked up placed it on Chabashira-sensei's desk and leave the classroom.
I left the classroom and saw (NN) waiting outside the classroom.
"Hey Nino, How'd you do on the exam." He asked.
"I tried my best, It was hard but I don't think I could've done it without your help," I said
"That's good Since we have an hour left until the exams are over, Wanna go walk around the school." He said.
"Sure!" I said.
We made our way around the school, Passing by the library, gymnasium and eventually headed outside to the soccer field. We sat down on the benches and watched the soccer team practice.
"Hey (NN), I have something to tell you," I said. He looked at me.
"Hm? What's up."
"I-I just wanted t-to tell you-" I got cut off by (NN)'s phone.
"Sorry, Nino. It's my stepfather." He picked up the phone and walked away.
Stepfather?? What? Now I'm curious.

--Your POV--
"Hey, What's up dad!" I said.
"Hey, son! Did I call in a bad time?"
"No, It's fine. I just finished my midterms and I'm with a friend."
"Oh nice, Any chance that friend is a girl?"
"Yes dad, It's a girl."
"Damn son, Is she your girl?"
"No way, She's way outta my league."
"Anyways son, I have a few things to say. First, I'm sorry haven't been there for you as a father after your father's case. "
"It's okay. I've been doing okay so far."
"That's good to hear. Second is that I'll be coming over someday next week, I don't know when, I was just wondering if you wanted to catch up."
"That would be cool, For sure."
"Lastly, I wanted to surprise you with a car. Whichever one you want."
"What, For real?!?!?!"
"Yes, son. Anyways, We'll talk more when I see you. Love you son."
"Love you too, dad."
I hung up and made my way back to Nino.
"Sorry about that. What did you want to tell me?" I said.
"That's okay, It can wait. Anyways, I never knew you had a stepfather."
