Preparations for the Chunin Exams

At the training grounds that the Uzumaki Compound own in their backyard, upu could hear the sounds of explosions and metal clashing loud and clear.

Right now, Naruto is swiping horizontally at Yugao with his sword while also pivoting with his back foot so as to swing in a 180 degree arc. With the force Naruto added with his swing, Yugao is forced to be pushed back as she defends from the strength behind the  attack allowing for Naruto to turn and block a vertical strike coming from Tenten.

For the past few months, Naruto has been training Yugao and Tenten in Kushina's Sword Style as well as his Style of sword play. After the training they have gone through, both girls would say that it was torturous whenever Naruto was in charge of their training. Although they were honestly incredibly happy in how far they have come.

With Tenten, she has come up with multiple ways of integrating Naruto's Sword Style into her other weapons, allowing her to become more versatile and far more deadlier in her attacks. She has also finally started to train in her lightning elemental affinity as well. Even though she has just started in practicing with her element, she has gotten enough grasp for it to imbue the lightning element only into highly conductive weapons that she owns.

For Yugao, if she fought against herself months before she became Naruto's mentor, she would honestly come up victorius more times than not. Her strength, speed, and chakra has become a whole level higher than she thought possible and the techniques she has learn from using Kushina's Sword Style has made her far more scarier then anyone has thought possible. 

Since Haku's visit from the Hidden Village in the Mist's Resistance, Naruto has taken in both Tenten and Yugao into the Uzumaki Clan as vassals. Naruto proposed this position as one of the ways for them to be able to learn his family's techniques. Yugao immediately agreed to becoming a part of the clan as a bodyguard for Naruto himself. It was the only thing she honestly could offer herself for the clan which Naruto and the girls wholeheartedly accepted.

Tenten on the other hand took a few weeks to make a decision after being given the offer to join the clan. After talking to her father and Naruto himself, she finally decided to join the clan as the clan's own blacksmith. Right now she is staying with her father though to continue her tutelage under her father as well as to give her time to be with her father.

Naruto also introduce Anko and Hinata as his partners to Tenten and Yugao. Yugao congratulated both girls and Tenten still had a shocked face when Yugao was done. Both girls wanted to fight them when they were told they were hiding their strengths and the results were not pretty.

After a very quick bout in the training grounds, where Tenten needed medical help after Hinata was able to get multiple strikes at her arm and Yugao needed to relocate her leg. Right after that fight, they also realized that they are strong as well.

Still they were all happy to see the achievements they have reached thus far. Anyway back towards their spar, Naruto has noticed how depleted both Yugao and Tenten look so he decided to end it right there for this morning. So with him blocking Tenten's strike, he pushes her sword away and roundhouse kicks her in the stomach so as to push her her back. Tenten, seeing it coming, was able to prepare for the attack to connect since she knew she wasn't prepared to defend herself from his kick.

"Alright girls I think that's enough for this morning. We have been at it for 3 hours now and I can see how far you girls have improved." Naruto said with a proud tone. Both girls still panting, smile at his praise and tone of voice.
"Go ahead back inside and take a shower. I believe we have a meeting with our sensei's Tenten just to let you know!" Naruto at the end had to yell the last part since Tenten was already running back inside to take a shower. With a chuckle, he decides to say goodbye to Yugao and go towards the village.
