"I'm bout to go to the store, I'll call you back." Mahzi spoke. "And what kinda food you said he eat?" He asked.

"Taste of the wild." She reminded him. "Alright, love you." He hung up before she could respond. She smacked her lips.

She laid back in bed with Bailey on her chest.

"I love you tinky." She smiled down at the dog who stared at her. "Awww your so cute." She cooed.

The dog wagged his tail then barked when she heard a knock at the door.

She held her dog as she stood up and walked downstairs. She opened the door and seen an unfamiliar face.

It was a brownskinned boy that was a little taller than her. He had a fresh haircut And he wore gray sweats and a white wife beater.

"Hi." She smiled. "Hey , um Im Chris. I just moved in across the hall. I just came to ask for sugar." He smiled showing off his perfect teeth.

"Oh yeah , hold on." She shut the door and walked to her kitchen. After placing the sugar in a bag she walked back to the door.

She opened the door and passed it to Chris. "Thank you." He spoke. "Uh, I didn't get yo name." He spoke.

"Destiny." She smiled. "Nice meeting you." He nodded. She smiled and shut the door.

She locked the door before placing her dog down. He took off running as she grabbed her phone.

She had posted a picture of herself on her story and Mahzi had reacted with heart eyes.

She smiled to herself before responding with "I love you"

"Mahzi....I miss you." Ariels eyes were glossy as she laid her head on his chest.

He shook his head. "That's too bad. Ion wanna be with you , Ariel." He shook his head.

She began to cry. "really Mahzi....you just fucked me over." She cried. He shook his head sitting up. He began to slip his clothes back on.

"I was drunk...I shouldn't have came over here." He shook his head. "Don't leave..." She grabbed his arm.

"I'll give you head again." She stood up and pulled her hair back. He sighed as she walked over and got on her knees.

She pulled his pants down and began to Pull down his boxers.

"Nah , stop." He pushed her head away and pulled his clothes up. "Well I gave you head , the least you could do is return the favor." She mugged.

"Nah." He shook his head buttoning up his pants. "Ion do that." He replied.

He grabbed his keys after slipping his shirt on.

He walked out of the room and downstairs to the door as she followed.

He opened the door and seen police cars. He then remembered he left his phone upstairs. He furrowed his eyebrows and locked back at her. Ariel held a smug smirk as she crossed her arms.

"COME OUT WITH YOUR HANDS IN THE AIR."

"Bitch ass nigga." Destiny tossed her phone to the side. "I miss him." She frowned unlocking her phone.

She scrolled through the pictures and videos of her and Mahzi.

Her doorbell rang and she heard Bailey growl before barking. She shook her head while chuckling.

He was on the cage asleep until the doorbell rang. She walked to the door and opened it expecting Mahzi.

Her smile faded a little when she seen Tommie. "Hey Tommie..." She started.

"Hey." He walked in. Something about his demeanor was off.

"You okay?" She asked. "Yeah." He nodded. She locked the door before turning around and instantly meeting a fist to her face.

She was caught off guard. The hit was so hard , she was seeing static for a few seconds and she grew dizzy. She stumbled but before she could gain her balance he hit her again.

She fell on to the floor and just kicked when she realized what was happening.

She kicked him back as hard as she could before trying to stand up. He ran into her with full force and knocked her down.

She screamed out in pain as he threw punches at her face. She blocked them and swung at him as well.
