Destiny smiled picking up Ohani. "It's mommy's birthday." She smiled before kissing her confused cheek. The 6 month old looked around with her finger in her mouth.

It had been two weeks since the incident and she hadn't spoken to Mahzi since. He hadn't face timed her to see Ohani. He wouldn't stop by to see Ohani randomly. He'd pick her up on his days only.

Destiny hadn't talked to anyone since the incident. anyone. She felt like she was cut off from the world.

The doorbell rang and she grabbed ohanis baby bag. It was her day to go with Mahzi.

Ohani was crying because the noise had scared her. "It's ok baby." Destiny kissed her cheek as she cried with her hands up , a habit she had formed since she was about a week old.

Destiny reached the door and realized it was Mahzi. He looked at her for less than a second then back at his daughter. He reached for her and she lowered her hands as she stopped crying. He chuckled before reaching for her.

"Hi , my little angel." He smiled at his daughter as he took her. He kissed her cheek multiple times until she was giggling.

She passed him the bag and spoke. "Mahzi."

He paused and stared at her. "I-i think that we should continue to have a good relationship so you can see her more. She only spends the night at your house every weekend and you go like 6 days without seeing her. So maybe we should talk about things and fix our relationship..." She spoke.

"Ain't shit to talk about destiny. You was fucking on him and he told me." He spoke. "Oh..."

"But as far as my daughter...imma come see her more often but I'm not fixing shit with you destiny. You got whatever's coming to you. He had a girlfriend too." He spoke and she furrowed her eyebrows.

"Mahzi please don't act like you didn't CHEAT on me and I was STILL willing to work it out with you. I still loved you and EVEN after I found out you had a family the whole time you were fucking me over. And I still do , Mahzi. This is insane. I finally get my lick back and all of a sudden the world Is over?" She mugged.

"Fuck all that destiny, I been friends with him since middle school. That's been my boy since middle school. And you Fucked him. I didn't fuck any of your friends but Lord knows I could've." He mugged. "What. Who? Tommie?" She questioned with a laugh. "All I'm saying is watch nicole." He mumbled. "Ian did shit for you to still love me. Grow up , destiny. Ion love you." He shook his head.

Destiny mugged. "Grow up? I think your forgetting that I'm only 21. Your 30 Mahzi. Nobody told you to fuck a kid and knock her up. You did that all alone. And you had family the whole time Mahzi. AND you still cheated on me and YOUR WIFE. but I'm the one that needs to grow up? Please Mahzi. I'm acting my age and trying to fix this." She went on.

He shook his head. "ain't no fixing this. There's nothing to fix. Don't call me unless it's about my baby and I'll do the same." He turned around and walked away.

She sighed. She shut her door and locked it. She didn't have much to say anymore. She knew the relationship was going to shit a long while ago but she didn't know it would be that soon and she didn't know it would be like this.

She sat down on the couch and sighed. She grabbed a blanket and turned on the tv.

It was silent and she couldn't focus on the show. She missed her daughter already. And she thought about the things Mahzi said.

She was worried about that but also thought about how he said he didn't love her. her heart raced and she couldn't focus.

Soon the thoughts overwhelmed her and she couldn't take it. She stood up and walked to the kitchen.

She walked to the kitchen and opened a cabinet. She stared at the one pill bottle and debated.

She thought about her daughter then about the things Mahzi said.
