" Phew... A lot of people people have visited the store today, I'm really tired..." I then take a break and sit on the chair near the counter as I took a deep breath in.
( Today's work is so exhausting... But as long as I can make money and pay the bills and medicine for my grandma...)

" *sigh* I still need to work hard and earn more money." I said as I stare at the ceiling.
( If father only didn't left me with a big debt, everything would have been fine! )
( Fuck. At this rate, my body is going to give up from overworking too much.)
*bells ring*
( Ah... A customer? )
" Tyriooonn! " I then smiled when I see two familiar faces, Bella Amaryllis and Faith Libres Dalura, they're my two best friends since middle school, we even go the same university and the same classes as well.
" What are you guys doing in here? In such hour? " I said looking at the two of them and Bella just crossed her arm at me while rolling her eyes.
" We are here to buy some snacks of course and to see if you have read the novel I lent you." Faith says as she slammed both of her hand on the counter with a smile on her face.
( Geez...)
" So? Did you read it? Did you? Did you? " Bella says as her eyes sparkles waiting for an answer, if it's even possible for a person's eyes to sparkle, but her eyes did look like it.
" I did... But why did you two recommend a book like that? You know I'm not into that kind of stuff." I said as I just stared at them.
" Well, it's a good novel that's why! " Bella says
" Besides, isn't it so nice to see couples, especially when a guy is with the same gender as them? Isn't that so lovely!?! " Bella says
" Whaaat? That is... what's so lovely about a man and a man being together? " I said
" Kyaaahhhh! just the thought of it makes me want to become a guy and then get a male boyfriend!!! " Bella says as I just sighed while shaking my head.
" But most gays in our society are not welcome, I mean some of them, since there are people who are... You know homophobic." Faith says as Bella nodded her head as to agree what faith had said.
( I mean, she's not wrong...)
" Well, we do have different opinions in life." I said
" Still, shouldn't people just be respectful of what the other person chooses to be? I mean, it's not their life anyway, everyone has the freedom to be whoever they want to be, the freedom of choosing to be with or to be in love with." Faith says
" Well, I mean, I can't really argue with that. " I said as I just put my chin on my hand while looking at them.
" Anyway, did you finish reading the whole story? " Bella says as I nod my head.
" Yeah, I did finished the novel last week ago. " I said while Faith is paying for the snacks they are buying.
" So, tell us what are your thoughts about it." Faith says
" Uh, well... It's fine, I guess? " I said
" Did you really finish reading the book? " Faith says
" I did, but I'm really not into that kind of stories, I'd prefer it if it's in the opposite gender, I mean, we do have different preferences when it comes to reading a book. " I said
