Disheartened, he walked away from the lake wearing his yukata while trying to hide his erect penis. He almost made love with Temari; nothing excites him more than being with her. Seeing her, touching her, caressing her, kissing her, and any possible things. When she walked away from him, it really broke his heart. He wanted her so bad, so bad that it hurts him so much.

He walked in front of his mansion. Still bothered by the problem that Temari gave him, his erect penis seems to be not calming down any minute. He decides to walk into Shiho's room, to remove his problem, since she's blonde too he will just imagine she's Temari. He knocks on her door and she immediately opens it, Shikamaru walked inside and grab her to the bed. He starts kissing her and Shiho welcomes it with open arms.

He kissed her with closed eyes, the image of Temari stuck in his mind. It's still different, she's not her. He starts undressing Shiho and she removes his yukata in return. Her hands were different, the way Temari caresses him is different, and the touch she made is not, it's not Temari. Fuck!

He pulled away and his eyes squeezed shut, he cannot do it. He apologized to Shiho and grabbed his Yukata. Wearing only his inner garments he left her room. When he reached outside, Temari was walking through the corridor going to her room, and their eyes meet. Both of them were startled, Temari smiled at him and nodded.

"Good evening, Lord Nara"

He felt fucked up, leaving Shiho's room wearing only his inner garments is not a good scene to picture. Suddenly he felt a need to apologize, he felt like he was cheating on her which is really not. He walked and reached her side; she was about to open her door.

"Temari, let me explain"

"Hmm? Why Lord Nara? you don't have to explain" She grin but her eyes were deadpan "It's our duty to serve you, it's natural for you to use us for your pleasure"

"Temari!" He did not like what she said, he holds her arm and try to turn her to his side.

"Lord Nara, it's getting late now. Perhaps you should return to Shiho's room, she might be waiting"

"Can you fucking listen!?" His hands were now on her shoulders "We did not fuck"

"And? I don't think that's my problem?" She immediately twists the knob and closed the door. Leaving him outside of her room.

What the hell was that Temari? You're not supposed to care! He's a fucking pig! Why are you acting like a jealous bitch!?

Her head starts aching, when he walked out from Shiho's room wearing almost nothing (well his inner garments which only cover his dick) it hurts her. And the audacity to tell me they did not fuck!?

The next morning, Temari did not join them in breakfast and requested to bring her meals to her room instead. It bothers the young Lord so much; he asks the servant if she's alright and the servant confirms that she is doing well, and she's just fixing some of her kimono.

At the council, the five Lords meet again. There's an annual city conference and all the Lords were invited.

"Sasuke! Who are you bringing?" Naruto asks

"I'm bringing the three, Sakura, Ino, and Karin"

"Man, you only need to bring one! It's clearly instructed in the invitation" Kiba said

"I'll bring Hinata" Naruto said

"I heard you'll marrying her?" Neji asks

"Yeah, I'll ask for her hand. I know you approved me as your in-law Neji. How about you? Who will you bring?"

"Probably Tenten, she's the articulate one and good with communication"

"I'll bring Matsuri, so I could trade her with Temari" Kiba grinned while looking at Shikamaru

"Can you cut it off Kiba? I'm warning you!" He's visibly irritated by what he said

"I'm just kidding man! Hey Neji, I thought you were gonna marry Tenten?"

"She said she needs more time, we'll get there eventually. How about you? who you'll gonna bring Shikamaru?"

"Temari" He smiled; his smile is so wide that the boys can't help but to noticed it.

"Wow, it's a first" Naruto said

"Huh?" Shikamaru looked at him confused "What first?"

"That" He pointed his index finger to his face "You never smiled about a girl before, not even Maki"

"It's creepy! You're always saying women are troublesome and here you are smiling like a fool" Kiba said

"Sex must have been fun, huh Shikamaru?" Sasuke said

"We did not have sex" His smile becomes wider and wider, his memory from the lake brought back to his mind "We just...kiss"

"Eww, what are you a kid?" Naruto said

"You just kissed Temari and acted like a fool, what more if you touched her? I'd probably visit you in an asylum" Kiba said

"Oh, shut the hell up you two" He said with a smile on his face then he eventually chuckles.

He went home and immediately straight ahead to Temari's room. She opened her door on his third knock.

"Can I come in Princess?" He walked straight inside without waiting for her response.

"Do I have any choice?" She rolled her eyes at him and closed the door "What do you want Lord Nara?"

"You and Me, are going to a conference" He extends his arms and gave an invitation "I'll send you your dress tomorrow"

She opened the invitation card and read what was written inside. Shikamaru walked and roamed inside her room, checking her stuff. Her eyes widened to see who will represent Suna, she knows her father didn't attend the conference, he only sends representatives.

"I cannot go, I have to apologize. Tayuya seems to be okay to bring with"

"What!? Why? I want you to be there"

"I—I don't know how to dance"

"Good, neither did I"

He wet his lips and look down to the floor "Please don't make it difficult for me Temari, I need you there" He holds her hand and starts begging "You almost reject all of my requests, I followed you, I respect you. Please just this one, come with me to the conference"

She looked at him and sigh, eventually, she nodded "Okay"

He smiled, his expression visibly shifted to a positive side "Okay, okay, I'll be here to pick you up tomorrow night"
