Chapter 2

Andrew's pov

Dad was outside cleaning up agnus's stuff as I 'packed away ' all the extra food from the party .

And by that I mean I ate all of it , my stomach needs it more .

As I realised there was no whipped cream , I went out to call dad to tell him

"Hey Dad - Dad?"

I saw him talking to some red head

" Um, Am I interrupting something?"

I state as they look at me

"No"
"Yes"

Dad and red head stated

"Excuse me ,who are you crazy lady and what in sugars name are you doing here?"

I ask the obnoxious lady in an ugly blue-ish coat

"That's what I said !"

Dad said

The strange lady started talking again

" Oh , Hi I'm Lucy , Lucy Wilde and I just need to talk to your Dad for a minute "

"Whatever , Dad I need 20 dollars , no 80 "

I said outreaching my hand as he suspiciously looked at Ms.Wilde , him not paying attention handed me 230 dollars .

Hey if your Dad is distracted you won't crook him for a quick buck .

" Thanks, I'll tuck in the girls when I get back "

I said running off , by this time he snapped out of it he quickly looked at me getting my skateboard out

"Go slowly , don't hurt yourself and-"

"And IF  a stranger talks to me that isn't the cashier run away or a scream , I got this Dad , Bye !"

I said as I left my new ship Grucy as I like to call it , what can I say people with pointy noises look good together

Luckily I got my mother's nose ......

Timeskip 

As I got back , I went to pack up the shopping that I got

"DAD!"

That's strange I thought I saw Dad's car in the driveway ....

Oh well, I went to tuck in the girls in I found them already asleep .

Huh, he must be in the jam factory/ retired secret hideout

As I went down I heard talking

"You gave up the life of a villain for Jams and Jellies!"

It was Uncle Nefario

As I started coming out from behind the Jelly making machine , I stopped walking dead in my tracks

"I'm leaving Gru , My life is not cut out for Jams and Jellies , I'm a villain!"

"What!?" 

They both looked at me shocked that I was there

"Your leaving all because Dad gave up being a villain!"

He looked down ashamed

"Yes......"

I scoffed and turned around trying to hide the tears in my eyes

" After all this time, After all we've been through ! The memories the good and bad times ! I thought we were friends..... No ! Family! And now your leaving me ! I guess you can't trust everyone that you think of as family and been with you forever ....."

I started walking away to the lift using my arm to take off the tears on my cheek .

"Drew-"

I turned my head to glare at him

"It's Andrew to you , Doctor Nefario"

He flinched as I used his title instead of uncle.

Timeskip

I was crying in my room as my Dad came in slowly

"Sugarplum , Are you okay !"

I laughed at this

"You realize the last time you called me that was before the girls came and our relationship was rocky "

He smirked a bit before it dropped and he hugged me

I was shocked at this and the water works started again .

"Why does everyone I love leave me ?!"

I hugged back , thinking back to my mother

"It's okay, cry all you want ...... Cry all you want "

He then sighed again before saying

"But remember you have Me, the girls , the minions , Dave and the woman at the ice-cream shop that gives you an extra scoop

I laughed at this

"She is really nice isn't she ?"
