Chapter 3

Andrew's pov

I was sitting on the couch in the secret lair that was converted into a Jams and Jellies producing area .

This place never felt the same after doctor Nefario left , the minions seemed to be fine at least .....

I think .....

All of a sudden Dad came into the used to be secret lair and looked very happy .

"Guess what happened to me today "

He said super excitedly . I jumped up excitedly almost dropping my delicious Pringles if I was less careless with food .

"You started working at the ice cream shop !"

"No"

"You got a job at the pizza shop! "

"No"

"You got a job at the cupcake store !"

"No! Is all you care about is me getting a job that involves food "

"No , I just don't care if I can't get a discount on food...."

Gru looked at Andrew with a blank expression. 

"You know with a employee discount and all ..... They give you-"

" I know what an employee discount is !"

He said angry before calming done and taking a deep breath. 

"You know that lady that came yesterday and took me somewhere ?"

"Lucy ?"

"Yes that woman "

"She took you somewhere ?"

Gru sighed

"Is all you think about is the money I give you for food "

"No, Don't forget daddy dearest I love you so so much "

He groaned

"How much ?"

"50 bucks "

"You know I won't be surprised if we end up going broke and on the streets because of you "

Gru said handing over the 50 . Drew got up from the sofa and took it .

"It's for a good cause "

"Ya like ?"

" the community's S.T.A.A or save the animals association is having a bake sale to help the saving of the Bengal tiger and I'm a usual customer and volunteer so I'm saving the animals and getting some sugar and cupcakes "
"Your going to end up with diabetes "

" It's okay I'll deal with it it's not like I mind pricking myself with a needle everyday I didn't cry when they put me on a drip without any meds to deal with the pain . "

"You were unconscious!"

Andrew just shrugged starting to go to the elevator with the 50 .

"We were supposed to be talking about my Day "

A light bulb went off in Andrew's head

"Oh yeah! Let me just go get some deserts from the S.T.A.A bake sale and then we talk !"

He said going up as Gru sighed

"How did I end up with a food addict,  a  teen know it all , a pink ninja and a short unicorn lover for children , talking about the girls where are they ..."

He started looking for them....

Sorry for not updating it's just that I have O level exams this year and I'm super busy .

I will update but not all the time so on Saturday but not every Saturday
