{The trial}

I sat in the witness chair, Niki was in the audience with Phil, Techno, Kristen, Tommy, and Schlatt.

Jared sat in the defense area, where his lawyers were determined to save him from prison.

The lawyer stands in front of me, "Wilbur, when did you move here?"

I look over at my lawyer then back at Jared's lawyer, "about... 4 months ago."

"How long as Jared been.. doing this to you?" The lawyer stares into my soul.

"Objection, that topic to to sensitive to my client!" My lawyer slams his hands on the table.

The judge sighs and turns to me, "would you like to answer the question?"

I look at him then look back at the lawyer, I then look down my voice dry, "3.. 4 years.. since we were 12..."

"What was he doing, was he hitting you?"

My hands start to shake, I nod, "yes... my.. parents," I sigh, "my old parents wanted me to marry a girl and he didn't want me to.."

"Could you explain more?"

"We went to school together..." I cough a little, my throat dry, "he was always hit me for fun, Niki.. would always stand up for me."

"Could we have Niki to the stand?" The judge asked.

I got up and left the stand, heading over to my lawyer and sitting down next to her.

Niki got up and headed to where I was as she sat down she smiled at me and winked.

Jared's lawyer continued to stand, "could you explain what Jared was doing to Wilbur?"

Niki smiled, "yeah why do you think I came to America? That prick would bully Wilbur, Manipulate him into doing his bidding." Niki continues, "Willams parents wanted him to marry a hoe when he grew up but Jared didn't want that, so he took it into his own hands. When his parents found out Jared was wilburs boyfriend at 14, They started to hit him, abusing him." Niki sighed, "honestly if I was the judge I would send him to prison, let him survive like he forced Wilbur too."

Jared's eyes met mine, they were filled with anger. The judge nods, "next witness."

Niki got up and smiled at me then flipped Jared off as she sat down. The next witness was Schlatt.

I rest my head on the table, my lawyer looks at me, "tired?" I nod, "you can just call me Puffy instead of "your lawyer or Ms Puffy."

I turn my head to her and smile, "thank you Puffy for helping me."

She nodded, "it's what I do, now watch the magic."

She stands up and heads to Schlatt as Jared's lawyer sits down, "So, Johnathan Schlatt, could you tell me when you first saw Jared hurt Wilbur?"

Schlatt sighs, "I'm the bathroom at School."

"And what was going on?" Puffy asked.

"Objection-" Jared's lawyer yells.

The judge yells back, "let him speak."

Schlatt nodded, "Jared was standing over Wilbur about to punch him when I tackled him to the ground, there was another time when I found Wilbur crying in the bathroom and when Jared arrived he quickly got up and told me his dog had died."

"And later you found out he didn't have a dog." Puffy added.

"Correct." Schlatt nodded.

Puffy then asked, "who would you like to answer questions next?"

Schlatt looks over at Jared, "I want to hear what he has to say about this."

Jared stands up as Schlatt leaves, as he sits down Puffy asks, "first off, did you really hurt Wilbur?"

"Of course not!" Jared lied smiling.

Puffy then pointed at Jared and turned to the jury, "that is his lie, his smile is one way to tell!" Puffy then smiled as she turned to jared, "now what would you do if you went to prison?"

"I'm not going to prison." Jared yells at Puffy, "it's Schlatt and Niki you should put in prison!"

I stare at Jared and then frowned. The judge sighs, "we'll find out if he's guilty or not after lunch."
