Carra watches all of the men at the table shiver in fear as they watch her and Bracken eat. She sits at the head while Bracken sits on her right. "Bisa iksos sȳz." The blonde smiles, shoving more food in her mouth as she looks over to Carra. This is good.

"Gaomagon ao raqagon ziry, Carra?" Do you like it, Carra?

Carra nods, stroking the hilt of her sword with her right hand. "I bargain that Shezlos gives a nice parting for sparing his life." The man's eyes widen as Bracken chuckles and smiles at her. "That is a great idea, Carra." She looks back at Shezlos. "Carra wants aōha āeksion. Tepagon ziry naejot zȳhon." Carra wants your gold. Give it to her.

The man scoffs and stands. "You will not make demands!" Carra smirks and stands as well. Shezlos stands his ground as she walks around the table. "I can and I will. I want your gold and that meeting." She sighs, turning toward the other men.

"If you even think of betraying us, I will crush your head as I did your colleague." She smiles and pats his shoulder. "We'll drop by in a fortnight for details, and I expect correct and thorough ones and a nice sack of gold." She walks to the head of the table. "Let us go, Bracken."

The blonde mumbles as she swallows her last bit of soup and runs after Carra. "So commanding, I like it." The two walk into the courtyard, where slaves carry the dead bodies away, washing the blood from the concrete ground.

"We must celebrate! Let me buy you a drink."

"We just drank, Bracken."

"I know, but I was lying about the food. It was shit, mainly the boar. The cook was smokin', though. A real babe."

"You're such a pervert, and it drives me insane." Bracken smiles. "So I do make you feel emotions other than hatred."

"Annoyance is no better."

Soon, they arrive at Bracken's home, and she sets a fire for light. She lights the few candles she has and sits at her table. On the cot, Carra sits and picks at her fingers. She wished for Daenerys as she did every night. They would lay in her bed, and Daenerys would cuddle with her.

Or when Carra would read to her, and Daenerys would just stare at her in awe. "Are you alright, friend?" Carra looked over to Bracken, who was writing a note to her employer. "I guess."

"Are you thinking of the Targaryen girl?" The raven-haired girl nods, clenching her jaw. "I can't stop thinking of her, I'm afraid."

"Love. A feeling for fools and dumb people." Bracken says with a smirk. "Shocker that you don't feel it then."

"I did fall in love once, and then she left. I was a dumb fool." Carra sighs, shaking her head. "Being in love doesn't make you a fool, and if she left, I say fuck her."

Bracken hums as she writes. "What are you writing?" Carra asks.

"It's an update for my employer. It won't be long until we finish our task. Then, you can go back to

your Khaleesi." Carra paused and looked at Bracken.

She wondered what it would be like to reunite with Daenerys. It hadn't been long, but what if something had gone awry? What if she went back and no one was there?

"You don't seem excited. You've come all this way, and you can leave sooner than expected." That was what she wanted. "I am. I'm anticipating never seeing you again." She responds with a smirk.

"Don't lie. You love me."

Carra grunts and pats back, falling asleep shortly after.

They were back at the estate the next day and entered without warning. "Shezlos!" Bracken yells, and the man runs down the steps with a bag of gold in his hands.
