Daenerys couldn't keep her eyes off Carra when she got back.
After the small display towards the Second Sons, she was enamored. Carra didn't look much different except that she was skinnier and had tanner skin, but Bracken informed Daenerys that stress may have brought on some standard Targaryen silver locks mixed with her rich stark black hair.
It was something Daenerys observed as she watched Carra from her bath. The other woman sat in a chair not far from the tub as she ran her fingers over the carvings in her new dagger's hilt. "You have dragons now." She mutters, trying to respect Daenerys' privacy by keeping her head down.
"I do. I haven't shown you, have I?" Carra shakes her head with a smile. "You don't have to.'
"Nonsense. It's not like you won't see the dragons anyway." She pauses and frowns as she watches Carra's hands. "Look at me." Carra pauses, and her hands freeze as she looks at the tub's edge.
"Is that a demand from my master?" She smirks, not catching the glare Daenerys sends her. "I am not your master." She watches Carra meet her gaze with a kind smile. "But you bought me." She pauses and stands, walking over to the tub. She kneels next to Daenerys on the step and stares into her eyes.
"You own me as you always have and always will." Daenerys' breath hitches as Carra leans closer and licks her lips before backing away, leaving the queen flustered. "I've done what you asked. Is there anything my queen wishes for me to do next?"
Daenerys regains her sense and shakes herself out of her daze. "Help me out of the bath." Carra nods as she stands, holding her forearm for Daenerys to grab.
She makes a fist, and the veins in her arms clench, making Daenerys gasp as she rubs her hand on Carra's arm. The taller woman lifts Daenerys out easily and turns away as she lets the blonde place on a towel.
"Carra," Daenerys mumbles, holding the towel on with one hand and grabbing Carra's bicep with the other. Carra turns around and stares down when she feels Daenery's hand graze her jaw. "You're dismissed." Carra smiles and nods, bowing her head.
"Good night, master." She teases, making Daenerys clench her jaw. "I hate you." Carra chuckles and walks toward the tent's entrance but pauses when she feels a dagger at her throat. Through the Unsullied helmet, the man raises an eyebrow, and she silently hums with her hands up.
She backs into the tent, and Daenerys' eyebrow raises as she watches Carra back up. The man turns to Daenerys and takes off his helmet, revealing himself as Daario from before. "What do you want?"
He looks over at her with a soft smile. "You." Carra's eyebrows raise with a smirk, and she places her hands at her side. Daenerys defensively moves toward Carra. "Let her go." She demands and watches him retract the blade from Carra's throat. "You were sent here to kill me?" Daario chuckles and nods. "So why haven't you?"
"I don't want to." He answers simply.
"What do your captains have to say about that?" He moves the bag from his shoulder, and Carra feels her hand drifting to her hip. "You should ask them." He pours out his captains' heads on the ground, and Carra chuckles. "That's unfortunate." She mutters.
"Why?" Daenerys asks.
"We had philosophical differences."
"Over what?"
"Your beauty." Carra's eyebrow raises. "It meant more to me than it did to them."
"You're a strange man."
"I'm the simplest man you'll ever meet. I only do what I want to do."
"And this is supposed to impress me?" She asks, looking down at the heads. He purses his lips. "Yes." Carra clenches her jaw. "I'm not impressed." She comments, making the man chuckle. The blonde ignores Carra and moves closer to Daario.
