Scene 1:

[Darth Maul is lounging on his couch, sipping on a drink and watching TV. There is a knock at the door.]

Darth Maul: Who could that be at this hour? [He gets up and goes to the door, opening it to reveal a small child standing there.]

Child: Hi, are you Darth Maul?

Darth Maul: Yes, I am. Who are you?

Child: My name is Rey, and I think you're my father.

Darth Maul: [Surprised and confused] What do you mean? I've never seen you before in my life.

Rey: [Holds out a picture of Darth Maul and a woman] This is my mom. She told me that you were my dad before she died.

Darth Maul: [Takes the picture and looks at it, recognizing the woman as a former flame] I... I don't know what to say. This is quite a shock.

Rey: Can I come in? I've been traveling for a long time to find you.

Darth Maul: [Hesitates, but then steps aside to let Rey in] Of course, come in. I'm sorry for not being more welcoming. I just didn't expect this at all.

[Rey enters the apartment and looks around, taking in the bachelor pad decor. Darth Maul closes the door behind her and leads her to the couch.]

FADE TO BLACK.

Scene 2:

[Darth Maul and Rey are seated on the couch, with Rey holding a glass of water that Darth Maul poured for her. Darth Maul is looking at the picture of Rey's mother, a pensive expression on his face.]

Darth Maul: Tell me about your mother, Rey. How did she die?

Rey: [Takes a sip of water] She was killed in a fight with some other Jedi. I was only a baby when it happened, so I don't remember much.

Darth Maul: [Nods, understanding the pain of losing a loved one to the Jedi] I'm sorry for your loss. Your mother was a brave and skilled warrior. She was one of the best I've ever seen.

Rey: [Looks up at Darth Maul, her eyes shining with admiration] Really? You must have been really good too, to have trained with her.

Darth Maul: [Smiles wryly] I was... in my own way. But your mother was always the better fighter. She had a natural talent and a determination that I could never match.

Rey: [Excitedly] Can you teach me how to fight like that? I want to be strong and powerful, just like her.

Darth Maul: [Hesitates, but then nods] Yes, I can teach you. But it won't be easy. It will take hard work and dedication. Are you up for the challenge?

Rey: [Determinedly] Yes, I am. I want to be the best, just like my mom.

Darth Maul: [Impressed by Rey's determination] Very well, then. We'll start your training tomorrow. But first, let's go get something to eat. I don't know about you, but I'm starving.

Rey: [Excitedly] Can we go to Red Robin? I've always wanted to try their bottomless sides!

Scene 3:

[Darth Maul and Rey are seated at a booth in Red Robin, looking at the menus. Darth Maul is dressed in casual clothes, while Rey is wearing a simple dress and a hooded cloak.]

Darth Maul: [Points to a menu item] How about this? The Red Robin Gourmet Cheeseburger looks pretty good.

Rey: [Scrunches up her nose] I don't like cheeseburgers. Can we get something else?

Darth Maul: [Raises an eyebrow] You don't like cheeseburgers? What do you like, then?

Rey: [Thinks for a moment] I like chicken fingers and french fries. And I like milkshakes too.
