My Girl (Love Island 2022)

Episode 24-25

Morning came for the Islanders. The girls moved to their usual spot on the terrace and the boys to the couches near the kitchen.

"How was last night lads?" Dami asked as they sat, receiving back a few grunts and a few smiles.

"Look at Alex over there," Andrew teased, "he's alright, he's still in the good books." The boys chuckled in agreement.

"You get any reward mate?" Jacques asked with a grin.

"No" Lie number one  "and I couldn't say if I did anyway" Replied Alex while rubbing at his stubble.

"Mate, I bet right now she's telling the girls though."

"Yeah but I want to talk to her first, then I'll think about it."

"How about you and Ekin then Davide?" Luckily the conversation was quickly moved on to Davide. "Are you attracted to her?"

"That machine must be broken." He responded dryly.

After a while of talking Alex realised he hadn't made a drink for Gem yet. He quickly excused himself from the lads. They were right, he was in the good books and he wanted to stay there as long as possible.

"Hey Gem, sorry it's late." He said as he kissed her cheek and handed her the drink he'd made her.

Before he could walk away Gemma grabbed his hand and pulled him back. It seemed that Gemma was in an oddly clingy mood today which wasn't normal for her. Al of them on the terrace knew why, it went unspoken but the girls still giggled knowing exactly what had happened in bed between the two.

"What?" He asked as Gemma kept tugging his arm closer/

"Sit." She said scooching up to make space.

"Am I joining girl chat then?"

The girls all laughed and invited him to stay for a while.

"What have the lads been saying then Alex?" Asked and intrigued Tasha.

"Just talking about last night really, it was certainly something."

"Oh yeah? We've been on pretty much the same thing." Said Paige.

"Have you told the boys about last night?" Asked Antigoni as she watched the conversation from her space.

"Nah, nah. I wouldn't"

Gemma's eyebrows raised at the group as she hoped he wasn't mad that she'd shared details about their intimacy.

"What do you mean you wouldn't?" Asked Tasha quizzically.

"Well I know Gemma doesn't want that sort of thing spread around the villa, or the boys at least so I didn't tell them. I am inclined to have a talk with Davide but I wanted Gemma's opinion first before I said anything."

"Awwww" the girls awed as Gem gave her partner a kiss on the cheek.

"Why? Has she been dishing out the details?" He laughed.

Seeing the girls' faces made him laugh harder. Of course she had.

"What's she been telling you then?"

"Oh y'know, just about you giving her a cheeky manicure, few cheeky kisses."

Alex didn't quite understand what manicure meant but he could guess seeing as he knew what happened. The girls watched as a blush started spreading across his tan cheeks as he smiled at the floor and then at Gemma who had a mischievous smirk on her face.  

"Oh I am so telling Davide now."
