Some dogs may have medical needs, like allergies, an illness or disability. Always speak to your vet about these things, as they'll know how to handle them best.
As soon as you notice something off about your dog, you should take them to the vet right away.
Your dog should also have their vaccinations and treatments for worms and fleas. Their first vaccines should be when they're between the ages of 6 to 8 weeks. Your dog will also need to have regular vaccinations every year. You should discuss these with your vet, as they'll be able to give you all of the information you need.
